Die Unterkunft ist sehr speziell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Architektur war sehr praktisch. Besuch von Hase und wallaby in der Dämmerung. Toller Sternenhimmel mit Milky Way
Alles perfekt

It was refreshing and an escape from the busy every day life we live.
I wasn’t there long enough

It was cute had a lot of character to it, and very close to the beach.

It could be cold in winter with the out door shower but I enjoyed the novelty of it.

Something different for a change, at a fabulous location. No screen time, which means we can fully enjoy what nature has to offer.
Beware of mozzies at dusk, especially if your skin is really sensitive to the bites. But no complaints here, as it's part of the lifestyle.

Very private and well-equipped accommodation in a lovely bush setting that is a stroll to Binalong Bay beach. Really loved the quietness and being able to open all the doors for indoor/outdoor living.
Nothing! Just need to know that the bathroom is outside and be ok with that.

Totally surrounded by nature, very quiet setting, short (5min) walk to beach, cafe etc. Off grid was very easy, enjoyed seeing the wildlife of evening/morning and so many birds during day.
Furniture uncomfortable especially after doing a few days of hikes- beanbags could do with more beans or a comfy couch/chair would be nice to relax sore/tired muscles.
Shower curtain would benefit from eyelets to secure bottom sides to walls to stop breezes from blowing it open or sticking it to skin when showering.
Mats need non-slip strips under them as they move very easily when stepped on, feeling a little unsafe.
Indoor steps feel a little unsteady.

Basic but inviting. terrific to be disconnected a little and enjoy the peace and quiet whist still being in a great location.
nothing really. staff were very good to call as soon as I booked so I understood the “parameters” of the eco hut. and all in all we were very comfortable.

This was our favourite accommodation on our two week Tassie road trip. Such a well designed cabin, well equipped, beautiful outlook and great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower and toilet. Loved that the cabin was cosy yet provided separate living spaces and was easy to heat. Our feet were warm for the first time in two weeks ! A really relaxing and enjoyable stay, highly recommend.

It was very well insulated.
The furniture was sparse and uncomfortable. The "bathroom" was an outdoor shower and laundry basin with no light. The rugs slipped on the plywood floor and the deck and stairs had no handrails. It was off grid but was also in the midst of suburban Binalong Bay. Some people will like the quirkiness but it seemed very expensive for what it was - we paid the same or less money during our Tasmanian trip for much superior accommodation.

Great off-grid experience. Hut remote from surrounding properties. Well designed space. Flushing toilet is a bonus.
No faults

Interesting design. Quiet location. Easy walk to beach and restaurant.
Globe in bedside lamp. Lamp for journey to toilet.

quiet and secluded, saw wallabies. but also close to places we wanted to go to
we had sore knees from a challenging walk and negotiating 4 sets of steps to go to the toilet was a bit challenging. rugs slippy on floor.

I loved that it was so quiet and tucked away, it was close enough to walk to places and the house was very warm and cosy! very effective heating! All the little extras were great - tea, coffee, glad wrap etc
It didn’t have a toaster and the carpet/rugs slipped under our feet a few times!

Very secluded location. A great romantic get away. It is an awesome place to wind down and relax for the weekend

What a fantastic and fun place to stay
Not our usual kind of choice but we simply loved it. At first I thought showering outside would be strange but I quickly got over that and enjoyed it. Even in cooler weather it was still warm. Had everything we needed in the hut. We used our laptop as a TV.
Nothing to note

Awesome little hut with lots of extra items to make a comfortable stay such as beanbags. although initially hesitant about the outdoor shower it was actually good!!
nothing to mention

Loved the relaxed feel and perfect location. Perfect for us. Would definitely stay again or tell others about it
We had 2 children - which was included in booking but just one mattress on floor, so my other daughter slept in the bean bag - she loved this but I felt bad

Jan is a very friendly host, great communication, wonderful property. Loved the isolation, the wildlife, the view from the bi-folds, and the wood burner stove!

Sun drenched deck with comfortable seating. Wood fire heating. Very clean facilities and walking distance to beach and cafe.
Regret only having one night here. Should have stayed another night.

We loved the house and the peaceful setting. Very practical and had everything we needed. We liked the deck and the opening doors. Used the BBQ each night to cook. Very convenient spot and could hear the waves breaking at night.
When we arrived the house was very hot due to the unseasonally warm weather for April. Perhaps a shade over the deck might help. We threw open the doors inn the afternoon to cool it down but then were bothered by mosquitoes all night. The mosquito coil fixed the problem and we were more careful about open doors at dusk after that.
