Situated in Novalja, this charming condo for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our apartment is about 42 square meters, situated on the seafront and recently stars from the local tourist board as 4 Apartment categorized, what is to be found rather rare in Croatia. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living area at the same time as a sleeping area (. 2 Bedroom) are used, a bathroom with shower and a 10 square meter sun terrace. All rooms face the sea. The private beach is actually located right in front of the apartment! The motto is: Enjoy and make fully relaxed holiday! Direct sea view and private beach in front of the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (at home). A complete kitchen, a new bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels, duvets and pillows. Der Urlaub im Apartment war sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung und das Apartment sind wie beschrieben. Etwas hinderlich war es die Liegen an den Strand zu tragen. Der Kontakt mit Andreas war jederzeit einwandfrei. TOP!!!

Schönes Apartment, super Lage, Top-Aussicht

Wir waren im August 21 in diesem Apartment und waren sehr zufrieden. Kommunikationen lief schnell und reibungslos. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war so gut wie erhofft und wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht, v. a. natürlich zum Sonnenuntergang. Was die Lage des Apartments so besonders macht: Zwischen Meer und Haus liegt nur ein wunderschöner Fußweg, auf dem man am Meer entlang bis fast zum Hafen laufen kann -- oder in die andere Richtung zu Hauptstrand. Direkt am Haus gibt es aber reichlich Stege und Mini-Strände, an denen man direkt ins Wasser kann. Das Wohnzimmer des Apartments ist klimatisiert (AC), im Schlafzimmer steht ein Ventilator. Stara Novalja ist sehr ruhig, wer mehr Rummel will, ist in 5 Minuten in Novalja. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt! * * * * *

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung C6 ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht und sie liegt direkt am Meer. Die 2 vorhandenen Liegen kann man mit auf einen der Stege nehmen, nur einen Sonnenschirm sollte man im Hochsommer dabei haben. Wir hatten außerdem einen Sonnenschirmständer dabei, den man mit (Meer-)Wasser befüllen kann. Fußläufig am Meer entlang, dann einen öffentlichen Weg nach oben, ca 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Gemüsestand davor gibt es auch(ca 3 min mit dem Auto). Auch ein paar Restaurants gibt es fußläufig zu erreichen direkt am Meer. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist würde ich sagen mittelhart und wir schliefen gut. In der Wohnung gibt es jede Menge Schränke, wo man seine Sachen einräumen kann, sowohl im Bad, als auch im Wohn- Schlafzimmer und der Küchenzeile. Die Sitzgelegenheit (Esstisch und 4 Stühle) auf dem schönen Balkon ist sehr gemütlich, die anderen haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer steht ein Standlüfter. Wir haben die Türen aufgelassen und so die komplette Wohnung gekühlt. Das Bad ist schön groß und absolut sauber und gepflegt. Also wir würden wiederkommen. Danke für alles :-)

Es ist ein sehr schöne Wohnung die auch sehr gut ausgestattet ist (kl. neg. Punkt kein Wasserdruck). Die Lage selbst ist Top. (kl. negativer Punkt der Teil Stara Novalja ist sehr ruhig und bietet abends keine Möglichkeiten). Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortet sehr schnell und ist total hilfsbereit.

Wir haben Anfang September zwei schöne Wochen in dieser gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Adria. Besonders gut hat uns die tolle Lage am Wasser gefallen. Jederzeit war ein Sprung ins erfrischende Nass möglich.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et sympathique L'appartement contient une chambre et un canapé lit dans séjour, l'ensemble est de bonne qualité Beau balcon avec store , bel espace avec vue sur mer dégagée et surtout vue sur magnifique coucher de soleil (comme sur les cartes postales) Place de parking allouée avec appartement Au alentour, pas mal de petites plages ou criques Ville de novalja très animée Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances La croatie est un pays magnifique pas encore bétonné et à l’abri du tourisme de masse

Wunderschön

Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen. Die Nähe zum Meer (es sind ja wirklich nur 10m) und die Möglichkeit auch direkt vor dem Haus am Steg zu liegen waren sehr entspannend. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Bei Fragen standen die Kontaktperson oder der Besitzer immer zur Verfügung, sehr angenehm. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, perfekte Lage am Strand,alles war bestens. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Bilder im Internet entsprechen total. Super schön, ruhig, einfach traumhaft.Der Gastgeber Andreas ist sehr freundlich nett und kommunikativ auch die Verwalterin Lana vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsberei.Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtetet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
