Cosy interior fittings with LCD TV, DVD player, radio, cassette player, fitted kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, built-in closets, small safe, fans in bedrooms, folding shutters and fly screens, fireplace, barbecue, garden, large terrace & deck-terrace, loggia. Maximal 6 persons. Outdoor pool & garden maintainence, house maid (except Saturday/Sunday); assistance on site by the house administration (German, English &. Portuguese), pick up service from the airport. Security keys with code number at the entrance. The detached house is located in a family-friendly housing area, with an abundant supply of sports facilities close to the centre & to the typical, small Algarve beaches with rocks. The place, Praia do Carvoeiro, has a really preserved its fishing origins. Holidays resorts and high building are not allowed here. The mixture between tradition & tourism has been successful. By the way: There are plenty wonderful golf courses nearby.

We enjoyed a short stay in the lovely villa with a really nice pool. Very good internet which our teenage children enjoyed 😊
If there is a small minus to be mentioned, it is that the garden is not completely screened off. Otherwise everything was good.

Very enjoyable place to stay. There were untypical temperatures and we would have loved some air conditioning.
The pool was cleaned every few days and would be perfect for adults but isn’t child friendly. We had a 3 year old who is learning to swim but was too afraid to go into the pool as is the same depth with no graduation (about 1.5 meters) all over.
The nearby shop is close and well stocked.
Overall I would highly recommend this villa for adults and children over 5.

We were very pleased to enjoy a few days at the accommodation.
The location and pool are the strong points.
The accommodation is a few years old but has renovated bathrooms and kitchen with all we needed.
We recommend and hope to enjoy it again

The pool is a big one with this property. The house itself is rather compact, but the outdoor spaces more than make up for it making it an easy accommodation for up to 6.
The neighborhood is hilly so if you like to go for walks and feel like you did more than stroll, this will work.
Mini-market around the corner is well appointed and the two restaurants are very good as well (especially recommend the Carbonara at Trattoria).

We've enjoyed two weeks in this villa. Could very well be the best spot on the park. Pretty high up, giving us a great view on the Atlantic. Carvoeiro is only a 10min walk down. Well worth it to get your breakfast rolls at the finest bakery for miles.

Fabulous Villa
Great villa which has everything you need. Kitchen really well stocked. Really spacious inside and out. Sun all day. Big pool and lots of outside furniture. A 15 minute walk down to Carvoeiro beach. A 20 minute uphill walk back. Area is quiet, easy to park if you have a car but you wouldn’t need one. Will definitely go back! We had a fabulous holiday.

mooi en zeer netjes .goede ligging en een heel mooi zwembad,schoonmaak was ook heel goed verzorgt

Wir fahren häufiger in dieses Haus. Freundlicher Vermieter, nettes Personal vor Ort. Alles gut.

Insgesamt war das Haus und die Lage sehr gut.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Service. Leider waren die Informationen
zur Hausübergabe zu kurzfristig. Wir standen vor dem Haus und konnten die Türe
nicht öffnen. Erst nach Anruf bei dem Vermieter konnten wir den Schlüssel finden.
Außerdem wäre es sehr hilfreich, eine Wegebeschreibung rechtzeitig zu erhalten.

Séjour très agréable
Très bonnes vacances, des plages paradisiaques, par contre nous avons ete envahi de fourmis dans toute la maison , donc très surpris à l arrivé de la maison, ce problème fut résolu le lendemain .

Nice villa - great pool - the villa has good facilities - cleaner came most days - not too far from the main resort - the clubhouse and Italian restaurant on site are very good. Would recommend for families

Nettes Haus mit sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Sehr schönes Hanglage mit Blick über die Quinta bis zum Atlantik.
Schöne Westterrasse und einen schattigen Esspaltz
Fast immer mit leichtem Wind, Zentrum, Marktplatz und Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Toller, entspannter Urlaub!!
Das Haus ist sauber, hat einen portugiesischen Flair und die Lage ist perfekt! Etwas weg von dem Marktplatz und seinem Touri-Trubel hätten wir im Haus und am Pool unserer Ruhe! Werden wiederkommen!

Wir waren im Juli 2015 für 5 Tage Gäste und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Schöner Pool, genügend Liegen, Grill.
Die Küche war mit großem Kühlschrank/Eisfach und Spülmaschiene ausgestattet.
Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß und die Bäder waren zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Sowohl der Pool als auch der Rest der Außenanlagen waren in einem super Zustand.
Wir saßen zwar nicht häufig vor dem TV, aber um Nachrichten zu schauen sind alle gängigen deutschen TV-Sender vorhanden.
W-lan war uns da schon wichtiger, was ebenfalls vorhanden war.
Einziger negativ Punkt, wo jedoch die Unterkunft ansich nix für kann...In der Nachbarschaft waren 3 Hunde, die nachts um die Wette gebellt haben und da man aufgrund der Temparaturen im Juli mit offenem Fenster schlafen muss, war das schon teilweise nervig.
Sämtliche Fenster waren mit Mückengittern versehen, was sehr wichtig ist.

Preis und Leistung stimmen!
Wir haben eine Woche im Mai 2010 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit Haus, Ausstattung, Anlage, Pool...
Das Zimmermädchen war sehr freundlich, die Gärtner und der Poolputzer ebenfalls.
Einige Kellerasseln mussten wir aus dem Haus werfen, aber die sind wahrscheinlich nicht das ganze Jahr da.
Der Pool war sauber, das Wasser wurde von Tag zu Tag wärmer. Das Grundstück ist mit einer 2 m hohen Hecke gegen Einblicke geschützt. Man kann also ruhig oben ohne sonnen. Einmal hatte sich sogar eine Möve am Pool niedergelassen :-)
Der Fussmarsch in den Ort dauerte ca. 15-20 Minuten.
Mit dem Auto sind es 2 Minuten. Ein großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit allem was man täglich braucht.
Alles in allem war es ein preiswertes Haus in ruhiger Lage.
