For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up, shore power, and freshwater. For large groups, see VRBO #2146665 which is our house next door that sleeps 16. We have three other houses in the neighborhood as well VRBO #1679216 that sleeps 14, #2145195 that sleeps 22, and #3744855 that sleeps 30. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people. *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th* There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious, wrap-around Trex decks and covered patios. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment. There is a Ping-Pong Table in the garage. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts just steps down the street from the house! The entire 5 bedroom 5.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. The Mother-In-Law Suite, 2nd Level Master Suite, and 3rd Level Master Suite feature Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchens, which are fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. The living room features a new large U-shaped sectional with a 70" 4k HD TV, Blu Ray player, Apple TV, and Atmos Surround Sound with Subwoofer. All the bedrooms feature HD TVs. All 6 TVs have voice command remotes with streaming via Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house. This house did not disappoint! With the pool, hot tub, volleyball court, paddle boards, kayaks, and all the extras, there is plenty to do. The location to the beach and tennis/pickle ball courts is a plus. No problems other than the rain. Would definitely recommend for groups or family gatherings. It was a treat staying there!

This place was amazing and the attention to detail was impeccable. The house had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun filled time. Our group of nine ranged from age 63 down to 10 months and there was something for everyone. What few questions we had were responded to immediately from Lynsey and she took care of all our needs. The best part was the private pool and the private beach volleyball court. We ate breakfast and lunch in the house every day and some dinners, and the house had everything we needed and more. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back!!!

WOW THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT DISSAPOINT!!! They didnt forget anything, from having kayaks, paddleboards, a sand volleyball court and a beautiful pool.
And lets not forget the commerical ice machine, not having to go get ice is big for us!!!
The inside of the property is beautiful, and everything you need is right there.
The beds are very comfortable as well.
Plenty of room for everyone. All in all we loved this place and are planning our next trip to this fabulous property.

All and all we had a great time. I am a very clean freak, and the house was not as spotless and I am used to, but I understand the sand and salt are hard to keep up with. I used to own and short-term rental and I always personally made sure the house was spotless after the cleaning crew and was left the way I would like to find it, if I were the next guest. Great location with lot of activities for the family.

We had a perfect family beach vacation at fabulous beach house! With three generations including grandparents, parents and seven grandchildren ranging in age from 6 to 18 there was something to do every day from daily visits to the beach, wonderful on-site pool, kayaking, fishing off the dock, basketball, tennis, ping-pong -- you name it and this location has it! Great sleeping accommodations for all 15 of us, 2 kitchens, and a commercial-grade ice maker in the garage all contributed to just a perfect week! Just can't say enough great things about the Sugar Shores Retreat!! Best place we've ever stayed.

The location is wonderful. The owners and Lindsey could not be easier to work with, and instructions were easy to understand. They provided everything you could possibly need inside the house and out. The lower level bedroom had a kitchen which is convenient for grabbing food or drinks while at the pool. The location is nice ~ we enjoyed kayaking on the river, spending time on the beach, swimming in the pool, and the kids LOVED the sand volleyball. It was nice being away from the larger busy beaches. We have stayed at lots of beach houses. We love to cook and that we did. Kitchen had everything you could think of and more. we had 9 adults and it boasted sleeps 16 maybe. We had lots of room, first class everything. Dock on canal that we rented a party barge and tied up over night. Games, wagons to take to the beach and the list goes on. Will be coming back. Zach

Any activity you could want to do at the beach is taken care of at this place. Volleyball, ping pong, tennis, and pickle ball on property or within 2 minute walk. They have an industrial ice maker and cooler ready. Most importantly, they have beach chairs and big tire wagons for carting your gear to the exclusive and almost private beach that is a 5 minute walk. Every kitchen appliance is new and covers any cooking or drink making need. The concierge Lindsay was quick to respond and made sure the process was easy. We hope to stay there again someday!

This home is very pretty and looks just like the photos! We had 6 adults (including 2 seniors) and 2 kids (14 and 10 years old) and everyone was happy! We never did figure out how to work the Wii so if that feature is a must for your kids then I would ask about it! We visited over the Christmas holiday and it was too cold to swim in the pool but it is a beautiful pool. We would have enjoyed a hot tub or a fire pit but we also understand those would only be used for a short amount of time at this home since most of the time the temps are warm enough for the pool/ocean! The in-law suite is only accessible from the outside of the home via a set of stairs so we didn't get to use it, but there were plenty of rooms/bathrooms inside the house to accommodate our group. We enjoyed the tennis court and played pickle ball too! This home is well equipped with chairs, beach carts and plenty of toys! You must cross a rather busy road to get to the beach but when you get there it is worth it! Sugar white sand, a lot of good shells, and only a few steps from the house! Communication with the owner and conceirge was wonderful and they were very helpful! We ate at Jellyfish, Cobalt, Perch, and the Crab Trap. Jellyfish was our favorite! We all agreed that we would love to come back to this home when the weather is warmer to stay again!

Spacious comfortable and clean. The pool was great for the entire family, especially the grandkids! Great location walkable to the beach! The property manger checked in on us and let us know the pool heater had just been fixed on the day we arrived so we kept her updated that it was working properly and within a day was nice and warm to swim in. Our only suggestion would be for this time of year and the evenings cooling a gas outdoor fireplace place would be nice so we could have enjoyed the cooler evening a little longer before coming inside but otherwise everything was fantastic!! So many great amenities came with the place including beach and pool gear for the kids to enjoy. We would highly recommend this property!

Our family (8 adults, 3 children) thought the house was perfect. There was plenty of room so we weren't tripping over each other. Nice sectional provided plenty of room for all 11 of us. The amenities of heated pool, kayaks, SUPs, pickelball courts and equipment, basketball hoops, sand court, beach gear (chairs, buggies. sand toys galore, Bags and paddleboards) made for fun times. The commercial ice machine is also great to have right on site. The outdoor furniture is also very nice with picnic tables easily seating 8. The beach is an short easy walk. Was a bit worried about crossing hwy but we never had any issues. Highly recommend this property! Lindsey the property mgr was great to work with. We had a few lock code issues but she always had a timely response. We would for sure book with this company again.

The property was perfect for us. Kitchen was well-stocked. Extra ice maker was so helpful!! Location was so convenient. We loved having our boat with us and being a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

This was our first family vacation to the beach with 2 children under the age of 5 along with 2 sets of grandparents. There was space for everyone and the house was soundproof! I am used to staying at a beach front but this convinced me to stay on canal side for the future. Kayaks and paddle boards in the canal every day. Ocean view from the master bedroom deck and crow's nest. Fishing off the dock, sand volleyball and the pool was used 2-3x a day by the kids. Our concierge was SO quick to respond with the few questions we had and was so kind in her responses. There was everything you needed for your beach day. Very pleased and came home relaxed (rather than exhausted) - I will definitely be booking with this company again!!

We had a perfect time at Perdido Key Coves One and made so many happy memories. The home had everything we needed plus more. Our family of 8 adults, 4 children, and an infant fit perfectly. The master suites and bathrooms were luxurious. The children loved the bunkbeds, and there was even a bed for the baby. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The open space dining and living area was very comfortable. The huge decks were amazing for lounging, and we especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. It was so refreshing after a long day at the beach to hang outside in the shade and take a swim. The beach was only a short walk away and not crowded at all. We brought a bunch of our own beach gear, but we didn't need to. The house was filled with enough chairs, umbrellas, carts, and toys to accommodate all of our family. The commercial ice maker was clutch. The beach volleyball court was a nice bonus, as were the kayaks and paddleboard. We really enjoyed paddling on the canal with our dolphin friend. We had so much stuff to play with, and the beach was so beautiful, that we never even made time to enjoy the nearby tennis courts, which very well kept. I am surely forgetting many other perks, but I'll leave it at that and just say that this home was perfect and would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

I can say enough about how perfect our vacation was. This house had absolutely everything you would need. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing from the dock, using the kayaks, paddle boards and playing volleyball. Everything we needed for a fun day at the beach was available. We will definitely be planning another stay here. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were.

Our week in Perdido Key was amazing and we could not have imagined a better home to stay in. Our group of 9 included 4 adults and 5 children, ages 4-15. The house is gorgeous and exactly as described. But the pool and beauty of it all is even better than expected. The concierge / manager was excellent and always accessible and we had everything we needed for an awesome week away. The beach is just a few steps away, and the house is equipped with tons of chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and sand toys. They also have a good cooler and an industrial ice maker! We all loved this house and our time in Perdido Key. Thank you, Eric and Lindsey!

Perfect House & Location
Our group loved this house! Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge hit! Not having to make ice runs was awesome due to the commercial icemaker. The private pool was enjoyed by all. The canal was perfect for fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach was not bad at all! Everyone kept saying that this was their favorite place we have stayed in, and we have been coming to the beach for the past 10 years! I highly recommend families with big groups to rent this house!

Great property

A wonderful family vacation!
My immediate family of 17 got away all together for the first time in a long time and had a blast! The house was wonderful. We cooked nearly all of our meals and enjoyed the pool, beach, and tennis courts! Definitely recommend the place to enjoy, relax, and bring a family together!
