Nestled in Sahuarita, this attractive house for $159 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful home on the 10th Fairway of Haven Golf Course. Unobstructed views of golf course, two ponds, and the majestic Santa Rita Mountains. NEW covered pergola and two level patio and large backyard, gives way to the most stunning views and sunsets in Arizona. The home comes with a GVR membership (for fee) with access to numerous recreation centers with Olympic pools, Pickleball, tennis, bocce, and fitness centers. The East Recreation Center, with eight Pickleball courts,two tennis courts, ninety degree pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center, is a ten minute walk from the house. It is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, great restaurants, and freeway access. The home's open floor plan with Arizona room, kitchen, dining room, living room, and entry are light, spacious, and perfect for entertaining. The Mexican Saltillo tile flooring along with Mexican tile counter tops, back splash, and bathrooms add charm and style to the decor. The Master bedroom has King bed, walk in closet, and adjacent bathroom with oversized shower. The Guest bedroom has Queen bed with double closets. Guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. Had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were prefect for us. Although the place is a little older, it had everything we needed for our stay. The new back patio is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the golf course. The owners were very easy to reach and receptive when needed. We will be back next year.

Comfortable 3-star house in a 5-star location in one of the original 1960s Green Valley developments. Property needs some TLC. Comfortable 3-star house in a 5-star location in one of the original 1960s Green Valley developments. Property needs some TLC. Very pleasant and accommodating owner and house manager! Beautiful and peaceful , very well equipped comfortable home away from home. Could not ask for a better experience for enjoying a great Arizona winter!! The Green Valley Recreation offers everything you can imagine, if you get bored here it’s your own fault. I would highly recommend this rental to my friends!

Hard to beat the location. Beautiful views from the golf course, but located on a fairly busy road that you have to back out on. The property definitely needs some work. There are a number of things that have been neglected for quite a while. Window blinds in the Arizona room don't all operate, the window caulking is falling out, none of the seven solar lights work, the driveway was so dirty I borrowed a power washer to clean it, the yard had not been cleaned up until after we arrived and I complained, the barbecue grill was filthy, wireless speakers for the TV/Bluetooth player were there but not hooked up, garden hoses were so dried up, you could hardly use them. Worst of all, and I would hope that the owner has since fixed the problem was the hot water heater had been leaking for a long time and that water caused mold to grow on any inside wall of the master bedroom. We had to check out early because we got sick from the mold. Other than those problems, you would be hard pressed to find better views from the backyard any where in Green Valley.
