Situated in Tauranga, this charming house for $172 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Tastefully renovated house with lounge and dining bi-fold doors opening onto a split level deck with a sunny north facing aspect and attractive views of the local golf course, Mount Maunganui and through the harbour entrance. Great place to relax and have a nice meal under the shade of the roof or kick back on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink. Good size private yard with parking tucked down shared driveway. Plenty of mod cons like Freeview and DVD player including a movie library, Fibre internet, Ceiling fans, Heat-pumps and Air-conditioning, HRV system which will all help you keep comfortable. Turn the "in deck floor lights" on and enjoy a BBQ evening on the deck or snuggle up on the sofas and relax reading the paper and watching some movies. Take a stroll to the harbour beach and kids play area or just down the street to the local shops for some fish and chips and an ice cream, beauty treatment, groceries, one of the great local cafe’s and restaurants for a drink and meal. Extensive local harbour boardwalks are handy for that morning stroll and even the bus stop is just across the road. Play a round of golf at the 9 hole golf club which is a stone’s throw away. A great place to relax and enjoy the picture perfect view of the Mount. Special conditions: Pets by negotiation. Smokers are welcome outside house. Special care required from parents with young children in regards to split level deck, ceiling fans and rock wall feature garden. Nice clean house with everything we needed. Awesome to have double garage. But best feature is the covered raised deck with view of the Mount.
So much going on with the ships coming in and the planes overhead, and the golf course below.
Very close supermarket, shops and cafes. Close to town also.

Just like 2 years ago our family spent Xmas/NY in Tauranga. What an excellent property to stay in. Close to shops, quiet but what a great view. The Mount, the harbour, cruise ships,plenty of fireworks.Nearby excellent takeaways and coffee shops. Short walk to Kulim Park and the waterfront, our dogs really enjoyed their time too. A 5 minute car ride to Fergusson Park and a game of family cricket with the dogs joining in retrieving the ball. This property is well planned and has everything you need and more including a friendly and easily accessible host. He even put up the Xmas tree and decorations. Many Thanks Marcus

I love this BnB! I wish I could stay & live here. The garden is so lovely and the large deck w a view of Mt Maunganui is beautiful. The house is thoughtfully and modestly equipped. The blackout curtains were perfect, beds very comfortable. I really can’t say enough except that it’s perfect & would love to stay here again. Highly recommend

This is a large 3/4 bedroom house with separate garage available for use. Although only one bathrrom and one toilet the toilet is a separate room so it was no problem for the 4 of us to all get showered etc every morning and get out the door by 9.00 am for our event.
The location is fabuous with bar, eateries, take-aways and supermarket all within 2 to 3 minutes walk (as is the foreshore walk).
The host has thought of everything in well written instructions.
We had an issue becasue we caused some minor accidental damage and the host was fantastic about it.

A fantastic spot, handy to amenities and walks.
My family were here for my fathers 80th so all 75 + so my only comment would be to have a safety rail on the above deck as a bit of a drop. Also has a good no of bedrooms so would be fantastic to have another shower maybe even in the garage, as if you get 5 odd people it would just be really handy.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The views of the Mount and harbour entrance are fantastic. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. The deck area had both sunny and shady spots most times of the day. It was great having the fully fenced section for the dog.

A very comfortable, tidy house with good facilities, especially liked the washing machine and dryer in the garage. Great for us a group of work colleagues staying for a week. Great location, shopping centre just down the road and the wonderful walk around the estuary and not too far from the Mount. The highlight was your amazing deck with the beautiful view out to the sea and the Mount.

Close to the supermarket, not far to Tauranga for at least one night to eat out. Stunning views and close to a beach walk when we needed it. Comfy beds and a beautiful home. My family of six stayed at this property for an extended stay and we were very satisfied with our experience. Plenty of space in the house and plenty of views from the property and surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed our evening walks. The house was clean and the host put in an extraordinary effort to make sure the necessities of everyday life was included. All communication with the host was responsive and pleasant. Exceptional property and host! We would look to stay here again if we were visiting Tauranga in the future.

Marcus our family really enjoyed their stay at your "holiday home" It was much more roomier than expected, the photos do not do it justice. Everything was provided which made it easier to travel for us. Lovely private deck with excellent view and some nice plants and trees, pity the fruit was not quite ready to be picked yet. Close to shops and many walks/beaches for us to take the grandchildren and our 2 dogs. It was so hot we really appreciated the HRV system, aircon units and fans after our days out around the Bay Area.
