About this house rental

Nestled in State of Bahia, this attractive house for $574 per night is a great option for your next break. Located in one of the most beautiful beaches of the North Coast of Bahia, located in an idyllic complex with controlled access and sure enough, this beach house, luxurious, cozy and exquisite taste and refinement, consisting of relaxing and spacious suites (in number 4) all equipped with split air conditioning, bathrooms with hot showers, tempered glass box and marble counter tops and glass inserts. With a clean decoration, but without neglecting any detail to provide maximum comfort. All beds are spring style box spring that can be arranged for couples or single. All rooms have built-in closets, TV, and minibar (in 2 of them). This property also features a pleasant and spacious swimming pool with wooden deck, shower, Gourmet space with Brewery, Wine Cellar, barbecue, game room, parking space for vehicles complete kitchen with all utensils and appliances (Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove with hood, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, deep fryer, cold water drinkers), complete dependencies with service area, dining room, integrated living room with pool area, all in blindex, Balcony of integrated meal with pass plate direct from the kitchen, furniture of swimming pools. The beach access is private to the condominium and the 70 meters that separate the house from the sand of the beach can be done through a Portuguese stone boardwalk with rustic and low lighting and can be used in the practice of morning and night walks, because it has security 24 hours, guaranteeing tranquility and comfort. Housing, water and light will be paid on departure after the conference of their meters. Piscineiro by Lessor account. Total maximum of people accommodated 10 (ten).

Gostamos muito da estadia , localização ótima, próxima à praia das piscinas naturais. Casa boa porém precisa de algumas reformas como pintura e alguns retoques mas nada demais . O que não gostamos foram : colchão de um dos quartos não era bom , cadeira de praia ruins , caixa térmica ruim e o pior foi não ter um carrinho para levar tudo isso até à praia que apesar de perto dava trabalho. Então aconselho investimento nesses pontos para oferecer maior conforto. A piscina muito boa e limpa todos os dias .

A casa é exatamente como está prometido no anúncio e o anfitrião foi super atencioso desde antes da contratação até o encerramento. A casa é muito bem equipada com tudo o que você precisa, está localizada em uma região de condomínios super seguro e bem próxima da melhor estrutura da praia de Guarajuba (Bar do Carlinhos e Prefeitinho). Vale lembrar ainda que a região é ideal para famílias (incluindo com crianças), com o mar calmo e uma praia bem legal. Fora a casa que tem uma piscina com espaço infantil também.

Casa ótima, roupas de cama e banho excelentes. As fotos do site são reais. Conservação da casa é ótima. Localização perfeita. Piscina com temperatura agradável todo o dia, poprietário atencioso. Empregada indicada pelo proprietário é muito prestativa. Ideal para família e crianças.

A experiência foi ótima e certamente recomendo para os interessados. Alem do excelente atendimento dos proprietários desde a contratação ate o final da estadia, sempre solicitos em ajudar, o espaço físico das instalações da casa é ótimo, bem localizado e em condomínio bastante seguro.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, casa extremamente agradável, bem equipada e ventilada. A piscina mantém a temperatura agradável a qualquer hora. Super recomendo!!!
