Situated in Dunsborough, this attractive house for $253 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Ariyana is a pet friendly double storey house located in the older part of Dunsborough. Only 5mins walk from the Dunn Bay swimming beach, makes for a perfect seaside escape. An easy walk along the foreshore takes you to the town centre, cafes, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. Accommodation is a lovely place to relax in front of the fireplace or venture out and explore our beautiful Southwest beaches, wineries and restaurants. House has two living areas and 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 6 adults or a family group with 4 adults and 4 children. The upstairs area has water views and a generous main bedroom with a private ensuite. There is also a separate sitting area upstairs with a mini-bar fridge and sink. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate toilet. One bedroom has a queen bed with double doors that open onto the patio area, and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Open plan dining, living, and kitchen area opens out onto patio and garden through double timber doors. Outdoors, there is a table with chairs and a BBQ. It is a fantastic location to stay while you enjoy the local beach environment or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries, and the stunning coastline. The location provides convenient access to walking and bike trails that lead to Castle Rock and Bunker Bay. Undercover parking is available in the double garage, with a 3rd parking bay in front of the house. Early check-in / late check-out available on request. Linen fees include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen tea towels, and bed preparation. Please BYO beach towels, personnel toiletries, extra toilet paper, etc. as only a starter pack is provided. Arrivals on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays may attract an additional preparation service fee.

This house is extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and it is a few minutes walk from the country club and beach and all those amenities. The 4 star rating is due to cleanliness which is generally good but a few minor issues e.g. dirty oven and a bit of debris near bedsides etc We were two couples and found the separation of the two queen bedrooms an excellent arrangement.

Great location for adventure race we didn’t have to drive all weekend. Only issue was that we found broken glass under the couch. May have been an issue if we had younger kids.

Overall in a great place and tidy enough. Easy access. Easy walk to the sea and boat rampl. House is a little unfinished though which you don't see in the pictures - lack of painting, skirting boards just knocked in, all feels like its been done in a rush to get it online. Also very much worth pointing out that there's a building site next door so if you go in the week it'll be noisy during the day. Overall an OK place to stay, clean and tidy.

There is ongoing construction (for the next 12 months) next door that we were not made aware of prior to booking. We were in Dunsborough for a family holiday, we left the house most days to avoid the noise and had an infant to get to sleep through all of this. To add to this disappointment, the property manager was unable to be reached for a couple of days due to no coverage. The house is lovely, but not the cleanest cobwebs on cushions of the couch as well as dust everywhere! The yard is like others have said just tan bark, so not much fun for young kids. Also, it’s a minimum 20 minute walk to town, whatever path you take (beach included). Lucky the beaches of Dunsborough are beautiful because we are disappointed about this accomodation and our stay!

Lovely place, however struggled to sleep because it was a full moon and there are no blockout window coverings. The upstairs bed was comfy. No a/c that I saw upstairs so it would be very hot in summer. The downstairs bed squeaked. The bunk room is well set up. The main bathroom downstairs is separated- the sink is sort of visible from the kitchen living area so everyone can see you brush your teeth. Kitchen was well appointed. Quality appliances. The couches are wearing out. Nice quiet location though is in the school zone so be careful reversing out of the long driveway (rear battle axe block). Liked that it had 3 toilets. A nice place, with ocean glimpses!

We are sad we could only stay two nights as this home was just perfect. It’s new, light and beachy. A winter stay is wonderful with a gas log fire and reverse cycle heating both upstairs and downstairs. All new appliances and plenty of kitchen gadgets, everything you need, including pantry essentials. It’s so nice to ne able to stay in such a beautiful property and also bring our dogs with us. Our teenage boys had their own rooms and bathroom, and the parents retreat, bedroom and en-suite upstairs is gorgeous! Thank you so much Rosa, we will absolutely be back!

Central location, between beach @Eagle Bay and Dunsborough shopping. Close walk to safe swimming beach! Very comfortable home, well equipped with good separation! Loved being able to take our fur baby!

The property was lovely, very well equipped, it has everything you could need, beds were comfortable and the view of the water from the bedroom was lovely. The only negative was it could have been cleaner (dead bugs under cabinets and cobwebs on the blinds with trapped insects etc) but would not deter us from staying here again.

We had a wonderful weekend away with the girls able to walk to town and to the bullet coffee van. The boys were able to skateboard on the paths and we all enjoyed the lay of the house with two living areas.
