Enjoy leisurely strolls along nature trails around Jervis Bay, grab a coffee or brunch at one of the many cafes in Vincentia or relax on one of the many beaches in the area. There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more. Sleeps 5 guests Bedrooms 1 - Queen & Trundle 2 - Double Port-a-cot available: Yes Bathrooms Main - Shower, vanity and toilet; Second - Shower and toilet. Kitchen A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge. Living Open plan living with timber floors, flat screen TV & Dvd, reverse cycle air-conditioning and indoor setting for 4. Outside Gas Bbq and outdoor setting for 2 on the balcony. Linen Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Pets This property is not suitable for pets. Other Car space available for guest use along with on street parking. Garage is not for guests' use. Laundry facilities available in the combined second bathroom.

Pleasant and warm stay

Pleasant and warm stay

Overall, this properly is very well managed, quiet, super clean and tidy, especially it's surprisingly warm in winter even without the heater (from AC). It's close to Coles, Aldi, Woolies and gas station. There are something to improve or for others to note: - There is no dish washer and Wifi. - The property street is completely dark at night, very hard to locate it when driving to it. - Avoid using both bathrooms with hot shower at the same time, otherwise all hot water won't work until a couple of hours later.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this townhouse at the last minute due to Covi-19 border restrictions in Canberra preventing our usual family Christmas get-together. It was perfect for our 4 night stay - close to the beach and shops, and supplied with everything we needed. The only negative aspect was the room downstairs which had a queen size bed instead of 2 singles which did not suit our 2 adult sons. However overall we were v satisfied with the place and would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and Coles. This property has everything for small family or 4 adults. No Wi-fi at the property. Should be provided.

The townhouse had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It was very conveniently located, just a few minute walk to the beach. Yet, internet service would have completed the package and bath soap is a necessary item.
