It is one of Mt Wilson's few remaining working properties and is home to the only permanent residents with young children in Mt Wilson. It has a number of fruiting chestnut and walnut trees as well as raspberry and blueberry bushes. Is boasts 40acres of combined rainforest, garden and pasture and is home to a small number of Devon cattle.
