Located in Murnau am Staffelsee, this lovely condo for $130 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our apartments are located in a residential complex in Seehausen am Staffelsee and are accessible through private entrances. The apartments are named after islands in the Staffelsee, the island "Kleine Birke" is located on the ground floor, the island "Wörth" on the first floor of the apartment complex. It is quiet but central, the main things are within walking distance: - Free swimming area (150 meters) - Murnau beach (5 minutes) - Seehaus beach (10 minutes) - boat rental (10 minutes) - Passenger ship Seehausen (10 minutes) - Bakers and a small grocery store (10 minutes) - Murnau train station (15 minutes) - Markt Murnau am Staffelsee (20 minutes) You live with us in the immediate vicinity of the lake, a small public lawn and access to the lake are only 150m away. The "Murnauer Strandbad" is about 5 and the "Seehauser lido" in about 10 minutes reachable. You can Staffelsee explore in different ways, firstly by renting a pedal boat or electric boat and on the other by the "passenger ship Seehausen" lake tour with some stops about 80 minutes. Job opportunities, as well as boat rentals are located at the respective beach resorts. The Staffelsee can be wonderfully circle by bike (20km). Those who bring not own bike, you can borrow from the local office various bikes (also e-bikes). In cold winters the frozen Staffelsee pedestrians and skiers invites for walking. Seehausen offers a small grocery store and a local bakery. More shops, and pharmacies and drugstores you will find in the market Murnau. The nearby, within walking distance to reach the market Murnau offers, u. A. The beautiful village with its heritage protected pedestrian area, many cafes, restaurants, museums, breweries, retail stores and supermarkets. The castle museum displays works of the "Blue Rider" and the work of the playwright Ödon von Horváth. The Münterhaus include. Saubere und sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft mit klasse Lage. Vor Ort findet man allem was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation sowie Begrüßung mit/durch die Gastgeber.

Überaus zufrieden!
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ging sehr schnell und war wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Objekt war in der Anzeige schon sehr gut Beschrieben und war sehr ansprechend als wir dann vor Ort waren. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und freuen uns schon aufs nächste mal :)! Sehr zu empfehlen !

Perfektes Feriendomizil
Ich bin ganz begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung und habe sie deshalb auch schon zweimal gebucht. Die Wohnung besticht zum einen durch Ihre Lage, denn es sind nur 2 Gehminuten zum See. Zum anderen ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen sehr einladenden, grosszügigen und nicht einsehbaren Balkon. Dazu ist die Wohnung top sauber und hält alle Haushaltsgegenstände bereit, die man so braucht. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen 3. Aufenthalt bei Ihnen, liebe Familie Kern und sage herzlich Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Traumhafte Tage im Blauen Land
Wir wurden von Herrn Kern sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist großzügiger (auch mit Haushaltsverbrauchsmitteln) ausgestattet als viele andere Ferienobjekte und befindet sich in einer adretten Wohnanlage. Der empfehlenswerte Gasthof „Zum Stern" und der Staffelsee sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Diese Ferienwohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in das Blaue Land bzw. den Pfaffenwinkel mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Der Aufenthalt am Staffelsee war nicht nur erholsam sondern auch voll mit tollen Momenten. Mit der Lage direkt am See hat die Ferienwohnung einen großen Vorteil und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum spazieren und entspannen.

Wunderbare helle Ferienwohnung sehr Nahe am See mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wander-/Paddelurlaub
Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt um mit dem SUP auf dem Staffelsee zu paddeln und Wanderausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Der Balkon der Wohnung war super um den Nachmittag/Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung absolut super. Alles was man braucht ist da.

War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit
Noch nie Kleinigkeiten wie Haushaltsrolle, Spülmittel, Servietten etc. in einer Fw vorgefunden. Sogar Milch und Kaffepads vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung das Weissbier, super. Einziges Manko war die Schlafkammer.

Wir wurden herzlich von Familie Kern in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung am Staffelsee:) Die Lage ist atemberaubend, denn in wenigen Metern ist man am See. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen:)

Wir waren zufrieden.
Der Herd ist sehr veraltet und es ist uns aufgrund der fehlenden Glasscheibe nicht möglich gewesen unsere Brötchen perfekt gebacken aus dem Ofen zu kriegen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder dort buchen, wenn wir mal wieder dort Urlaub machen wollen.

We look forward to our next visit!
Family Kern are great hosts and we had a warm welcome and communication was top. The apartment was all it promised and really well equipped. When I need an iron and board Frau Kern brought me her own. So nice. We are looking to come again in the summer to enjoy swimming in the lake just opposite the apartments.
