A fantastic destination to explore the Bellarine or stay and enjoy your own personal retreat. A short walk to shops, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and all Ocean Grove has to offer. The Space: NOISE RESTRICTIONS - Property is located in a quiet neighbourhood setting with family homes surrounding the property. Noise MUST be kept to a min after 10:00pm and large gatherings outside after 10:00pm is to be kept a minimum as noise easily travels into neighbouring bedrooms. Sorry but NO Parties, NO Events, NO large groups under the age of 25 will be accepted. Make sure you pack some olives, anchovies, tomato paste, mozzarella, basil and flour as you will be making a tasty treat in the pizza oven! And then consuming it with a bottle of red around a modern comfortable dining table. You can set the tone of your relaxing and memorable holiday right here amongst colourful artworks and modern decor in this delightful 4 bedroom holiday home. A short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and all Ocean Grove has to offer. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington, St. Leonards, Portarlington Olive Groves, Wineries, Wallington Adventure Park, Golf Clubs, and much more. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A stunning property for families to enjoy the amazing facilities offered at this ‘Retreat’ location. Raven Retreat has 4/5 large bedrooms. Main bedroom has king bed with en-suite, 2nd bedroom has queen and 2 x single, 3rd bedroom has 1 trio bunk (double bed on bottom, single bed on top) and one set of normal bunks, 4th bedroom has queen bed and has couch bed in the study (5th. bedroom), the bedrooms are supported by 4 bathrooms including showers and bath and 4 toilets, catering for a total of 15. The living areas include TV, DVD, stereo, iPod dock station, and there are 10 TV’s around the house, with Foxtel access to 8 of the 10 TV’s. There is even a TV in the luxurious bathroom which has a freestanding bath to sit back relax and enjoy a glass of bubbly. Raven Retreat includes a wonderful kitchen featuring 2 ovens, large fridge with filtered water and ice maker, mirror splash-backs, double drawer dishwasher, servery windows opening to the alfresco dining and BBQ area. There is also ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving platters for holiday and week-end entertaining. The immaculate kitchen overlooks the lovely outdoor alfresco area with polished concrete floors, built in outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and mains gas connected to BBQ. A bio ethanol fireplace and outdoor heat strips complete the picture, and keep you warm all year round. This area also includes a 50 inch TV, AND A PIZZA OVEN. There is an outdoor cubby house to keep the little ones entertained, and an outdoor shower that can be used after a trip to the beach (just in case you want to leave the resort!!!). The pool at Raven Retreat is solar and gas heated, has a water feature and feature lighting to add to the ambiance. An amazing Pool House which includes bathroom No. 4 (shower, basin, toilet) infrared sauna, TV and gym with , situp-bench, boxing equipment and weights add to the features. The pool house has bar and bar stools with bi-fold windows overlooking the pool, JUST ANOTHER PLACE to enjoy a beer, wine or just watch the kids in the pool. An undercover cabana area also overlooks the pool/alfresco area, with comfortable seating for 4 people. There are 4 sun-beds by the pool and extra bench seats if required. All this set amongst fully landscaped gardens at back and front with high rendered walls surrounding the rear and front of the property for privacy. And last but not least the garage is complete with table tennis table, body boards, footballs, cricket set, beach equipment, and board games, including pool toys and books. Phew, what a Retreat. Awesome family Christmas catchup, Raven retreat was everything we could have wished for and more. The Grandchildren loved the heated pool and theatre room was a hit. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need from a holiday home.

I hired the house for a family and frienda catch up. There were a number of us required to stay for the weekend. The house was fantastic. It was beautiful in its design, everything was modern and easy to use. The residence had all that we required. I strongly recommend staying here. The staff were very kind, making contacting them with any queries very easy. My family thanks you for a lovely stay.

The property is very light, incredibly spacious and on a quiet street. You can dine alfresco and it worked well for a large family group. The manager was always available and for a break with friends or family, it’s perfect. Also close to shops and cafes.

This house is even better in person, very spacious and comfortable. We had 5 family’s staying there and space was not an issue at all. Lovely house, very modern and pretty much everything you’d need is supplied. We loved this house so much we have re-booked for next year!

House was stunning, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The only let down is that the pool was only warm and heated for the first night we were there the following 2days the pool was cold. The kids still went for a swim and everyone enjoyed themselves. The ping pong table was hit 👌

I would like to express my disappointment with the way in which you have handled the issue with the sauna door. Firstly when I made the booking, the property was advertised with a working sauna/pool area. I also confirmed when making the booking that their would be children also staying at the property during our holiday stay. When we attended the property the sauna door was left placed against a wall and not connected to the door frame where it should have been connected. I think it is negligent on the property owners and agents behalf to leave a door with glass panels disconnected from the wall, especially when you were made aware that children would be staying in the house. The door fell away from the wall and the glass severely cut me,on both my hand,feet and legs(photos can be supplied).

The pool was green and virtually unusable (couldn’t see the bottom of the pool). Otherwise it’s a great property for a larger group

The house had plenty of room to accommodate our massive family and give each other space. The pool was the biggest hit with the kids. We would definitely stay there again.

This property exceeded our expecations. The layout was great & the pool was lovely especially on a warm day. (loved the heated pool touch). Would definitely go back! (only thing I would say is there was only 1 toilet roll per bathroom provided....).

My family and I had a great stay here over Easter. We had a family group of 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The cubby house and pool were both a major hit with the kids. Overall the house was well fitted out - some minor things though that we would have expected given the per night cost - no hairdryer, hardly any clothes hangers in the wardrobe and the few that were there were bent metal ones, no drawers to put clothes in in the bedrooms, not many glass wine glasses. And some of the beds were not that comfortable.
