Preis Leistung der Unterkunft ist TOP. Wir waren 8 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Das wir eine kleine Küche hatten war auch sehr gut. Haben uns jeden Morgen Kaffee und Frühstück gemacht.

Kein wlan, keine Parkmöglichkeiten, nur mit Hilfe des Vermieters eine platt gefunden. Lage wenig attraktiv. Küchenausstattung minimalistisch, Dusche ohne Halterung

Great central location, walking distance from the city centre. We easily found parking nearby. The apartment is clean. The host has quite cute dogs. The damage deposit was returned timely with no issues.

The ventilation need to be improved, the building smells like smth chemical or paint inside. Didn’t enjoy the bed, probably the cheapest ikea mattress, shaky and loud bed, that is why do not recommend for longer stay. Based on other experiences at booking for a similar price, I expected better. The host was not very polite in his communication, may because he is not so fluent in English it came up this way, don’t know. If you are booking check the information about the deposit, because you need to really scroll through the whole property information to find it. It has to be payed at the check in through PayPal and it really takes time to make this payment if you haven’t used your PayPal in a while (like me). I think the host should communicate the information about deposit more efficiently, so people are prepared and check-in is faster.

Location was convenient, and bed was comfortable

Hob did not work, and the sink did not drain. Everything was very basic, no amenities, no kitchen towels or anything...

The apartment is at a walkable distance from the Bochum city center. Cosy apartment with kitchen. Highly recommend!
