You will feel right at home in this colorful property. Grab your favorite cocktail take a load off on the comfortable deck furniture and let the ocean breeze take away all your worries. If you don't feel like swimming in the ocean for a day (which is highly unlikely!), go for a refreshing swim in the pool. Restaurants and shopping are a very short drive away from the central part of Surf City. The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises. Surf Condo 223 offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a King, a set of Bunk Beds (2 Twins), and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental. The Surf Condo Complex offers Cable and community WIFI service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in. ➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA*** ➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property. ➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property. ➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service! A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week. Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. We decided to stay another week at Topsail and booked this condo last minute on Friday before we were to leave Saturday morning. The unit was clean, well stocked, and has a nice view. I would stay again.

The property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean, we liked the layout and view from our room. The pool was fantastic, we played in it everyday with the grandkids.

Very outdated. Sliding glass door did not work well. Sliding screen door would not stay on track. Floors were dirty. If you walk across the floors barefoot the bottoms of your feet will be black.

Our family had a blast! Our stay was comfortable. This particular unit was in need of some maintenance- but otherwise, a great time! Convenient access to beach, pool, restaurants, shops, etc.

We enjoyed the Surf Condo! Our condo was nice and clean. My only complaint would be it’s a little out of date as far as furniture is concerned. There were a few minor things such as a piece of wood in kitchen floor loose, toilet paper holder on wall broken, and ceiling fans very dirty. Overall, it accommodates my family of four very well! Loves location and the pool! The staff at the Surf we came in contact with was very nice as well as the staff at Lewis Realty!

The condo was nice but was not very clean when we arrived. Property was good even though repairs to other units were still being made. Good location, good beach, but cleanliness needs a little improvement. I would use VRBO and Lewis Realty again.

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean and very well kept! This was our first trip to Topsail, North Carolina and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation to start our summer! We met amazing people while we were there and our memories of this vacation will always be with us! If we ever decide to come back we will be sure to use the same condo!
