Second Fairway at the Vintage is ideally located on the righthand dogleg of the Par 4 2nd hole, with an open vista from the tee to the green, and just a stroll from all the golfing and recreational facilities The Vintage has to offer, including a 25m lap pool, children’s wading pool and generous hot tub. Nearby are the 2 championship tennis courts, electric barbecues and guests gym. The clubhouse itself features The Legends Grill which serves tasty meals from breakfast right through to late supper, both indoors and from the verandah overlooking the 18th. The house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people (2 people will need to sleep in slightly smaller single beds but should be able to accommodate the average adult). The location is great, right next to a few cafes and restaurants. The backyard has a great view of the golf course & greenery nearby. Gym, pool & tennis court access is included for the stay which was great.

We had a family wedding at the Vintage. What a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything we needed. Lovely outlook at we had breakfast on the deck. Great to see some good and not so good golf. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Beautifully appointed house in a great location, especially for the golfers. The house had everything you could possibly need from the great (heated!) outdoor area for the adults to the dancing cactus which kept the 6 year old entertained all weekend!

The property was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was ample room for all of us (Myself, hubby, sister-in-law, father-in-law, nephew with his wife and child, and niece. We loved that the kitchen had all the basic essentials and plenty of cleaning supplies. The location is perfect - easy to get most everywhere. Great for a Hunter Valley family trip!

Another wonderful weekend at a beautifully appointed home. The generous 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was the ideal place to spend a weekend away with the entire family. The spacious lounge areas, dining room and well equipped kitchen were ideal to accommodate our family. We will definitely be returning again! We can definitely recommend this home as a great place for a luxury getaway in the Hunter Valley.

We loved our time at Second Fairway last year and decided to return for Easter. The refurbishment of the bedrooms has been done very tastefully. The house is ideal for a larger group and having 4 bathrooms was a big factor in our choice to rebook. Lisa was a great Host and always responded promptly to our enquiries. Would highly recommend !

The property and facilities available for our family of 6 adults and 3 children were exceptional. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos and golfers from the outside deck and we ate most meals there, the children were kept amused continually with the ample space inside and out and the chess game was a hit. During our very warm stay we also swam in the Resort pool many times which was conveniently only walking distance. We will definitely love to come back. Thank you Lisa

One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We were all very comfortable. The beds and linen were like a hotel. It was really lovely. Thank you for everything. My son learnt to play chess too!! If I was to suggest anything…… It would be a cafetière to make morning coffee!! All good though as Nineteen bar, 2 minutes walk away had good coffee!!

Great home for two families that backs on to the golf course and in close proximity to many of the vineyards on offer at the Hunter. The house is close to the pool and Nineteen Tavern. Would stay again!

Never have i been more pleased to leave a positive review for a holiday rental. This property was spacious, clean and well maintained. We were 2 families including teens with the youngest aged 15 staying for 2 nights. Lounges were comfy, beds were great, enough space for all 8 of us to gather around the outdoor table. The bonus of multiple ensuites was great. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal and the supplied cleaning products meant we could easily tidy up after each meal. Communication with the owners was answered promptly. Happy to recommend to others.

A fantastic house, more than comfortably accommodating four couples, each with there own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and BBQ area is so well stocked with utensils and equipment to make self catering a breeze! But the location lends itself to dinning out - the choice is yours!

Wonderful clean and modern property. Communication with the owner was fantastic. House was very well equipped with plenty of cheese boards, wine glasses etc - everything you need for a weekend at the Hunter! Rooms were very warm with the heating and the fireplace. Pool and other facilities were great. Would highly recommend this property!

In the top bedroom the bed where not made up in to singles and once we loved the beds we notice holes in the back wall.. it was disappoint to find this and have to make up beds but other then that property was beautiful..
