About this house rental
Situated in Stuart, this charming house for $279 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Come see the best of what Downtown Stuart has to offer in this 3 bedroom home built in 2004. Enjoy this 2,080 square foot Key West style town home on one of Martin County's most picturesque streets. There are only two units in the building and there is no association. Stuart was voted “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” in Coastal Living in 2016 and is known as The Sailfish Capital of The World. The 1st floor offers spacious living with a large family room, open kitchen and a dining room/home office combination. The kitchen has ample counter space and a breakfast bar for 4. There is a dining table in the family room that seats 4 and a dining room that seats 6 as is or 8 with two bar stools. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, with an ensuite main bath with a soaking tub, shower and double bowl vanity. The main bedroom has its own 2nd story porch to enjoy your morning coffee on! The washer and dryer are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a California King, one guest bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a queen bed. There is a full bath (with bath tub) for the guest bedrooms. There are 3 outdoor living areas to this home and family room is a courtyard that offers a sitting area and grill (furnishings are in progress and there will be chairs/couches to seat 6) and there are patio lights for outdoor living. The courtyard is sometimes shared with the owner of the property or guests in the studio apartment above the rear garage*. There are two porches as well with two chairs at the front door and a second story porch off of the master bedroom. There is plenty of onsite parking available and Downtown Stuart is a 5-10 minute walk away where there are over 50 restaurants, shops and the historic Lyric Theatre. For more information about downtown Stuart check out Stuart even offers a shuttle service from Downtown to the surrounding area including California Ave. There are a total of 2 televisions and wifi throughout the home. We so enjoyed this place. It was clean, organized and very comfortable. There was so much room to hang out in. The location was great we parked the car and walked everywhere. The back patio was nice and clean. We will stay here again when we come back.

Our stay was wonderful, the property was centrally located. We felt like we were at home we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and small appliances. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host Mike was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was put together. All the beds were very comfortable and there were enough of all the bed and bath amenities. The kitchen was stocked with spices and plenty of little things we didn't need to go and buy. We had a great time walking to downtown Stuart and coming home sitting around the table playing games that were provided. We all highly recommend this property.

Family get together
The town house was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of room on the first floor for our entire group. And the location is great. The neighborhood is very charming, and we enjoyed taking a walk around the area.

This house is not only ideally situated with parks, restaurants and shopping within walking distance but the beach is only 5 min away. Homeowner has thought of everything. Beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, bbq grill, books, games—we really didn’t lack anything. Perfect little getaway for a family.

Although the property is located strategically to downtown Stuart (the reason we selected it), I'd never return to this section of town. On day three, just as we had returned to the home, a 20+ SWAT team (fully equipped with automatic rifles and a tank vehicle) stormed the house next door. We had noticed some shady characters coming and going at odd hours since we had arrived so decided to close the shutters at night and in the morning. Neighbors indicated that the property/owner/tenants have been an ongoing problem. With respect to this property rental, the home wasn't as clean as we're accustomed (I told Michael it had dust kitties and blonde hair on the first floor and kitchen clearly hadn't been vacuumed). The wifi was suspended and he had to come on Tuesday to get it re-established. Wednesday, someone came into the home while we were out and had angled and positioned all of the bar stools in a way we hadn't left them. I thought perhaps the cleaning crew had come but that wasn't the case (creepy). Considering how much is being charged for the rental, I'd recommend you find a better section of town to rent/stay if you aren't into drama. Michael offered $50 reduction in our charge to compensate for the poor cleaning service and offered other properties he has at a 'discount' for a future stay. We considered his offer lacking considering the circumstances.

We were down there for work. The place was kept nice, we enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick at communicating with us and check in process was smooth. The house could also be good for a family to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for the 5 adults and 1 dog in our group. It was very clean with lots of provided amenities. We loved being so close to downtown - an easy walk to restaurants. We went to several Spring Training games. I hope to return to this property.

The owner here thinks of and provides absolutely everything. Fully stocked kitchen, great linens, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, even coffee. The location is (literally) a 5-minute walk to downtown Stuart. Quiet Potsdam neighborhood (a little music from Terra Fermatta but not very loud at all). Neighbors and people on the street very friendly. Fairly long drive to the beaches (maybe 15 minutes to Stuart and 20 or so to Bathtub (which is currently Closed, for replenishment). Plenty of nice restaurants and funky shops. We and our guests really enjoyed the house.

Quiet and Enjoyable House and Neighborhood close to downtown Old Stuart
This is a well kept residency that provides ample room and great amenities to provide that perfect stay in Stuart. It is located in a great residential area of Stuart that affords you a quiet and relaxing stay while at the home and at the same time it is a quick walk to old downtown Stuart for food, entertainment and shopping. It is the best of both worlds rolled into a great home. There is ample space for everyone in my party to have their own room and at the same time the downstairs common areas provided comfortable space for us to interact. Even though we spent most time away from the house, it was a great place to come back to. Overall, if you are sick and tired of the hotel scene and looking for a home away from home, I would fully recommend that you book this home. Easy to book, Easy to find. The property manager was great to work with, and the price couldn't be beat when you think we would have had to book three separate hotel rooms. I can't think of anything that wasn't perfect with the home.
