The house is gorgeous! My sisters and I had an amazing time. Great location, beautiful views and just a quick walk away from Commercial St. Grace was super responsive whenever we had questions. I would love to come stay again!!!

We've been renting in Provincetown for 10 years and this house is the best we've found. The house had everything you could need, including a well-stocked kitchen, and the living room has a huge couch that was large enough for all 8 of us (and probably more) to gather. Sleeping spaces were very private and comfortable, and the views of nature from this house are wonderful. It's in a relaxing quiet spot, but also a 5 minute walk to groceries and 10 minute walk to the Boatslip for tea.
The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful - check in and check out was a breeze, and when we had an issue with the AC on July 4 weekend, the owners came by *the same day* to fix it and installed individual AC units in all the bedrooms.
All in all, wonderful hosts in a beautiful house made for the perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Met up with 6 family members for a fun week in Provincetown. Home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Great location, secluded but close to town. Owner was very responsive with any questions or issues. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful private-feeling house nestled in a lovely neighborhood with amazing views and great proximity by foot or bike to town. Tons of room for everyone to sleep, hang out together inside or out, and find privacy when needed. Lots of parking for cars and bikes. We found everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, all kitchen supplies, umbrellas for rain, etc. Owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions during the week.

Our group had an amazing week in Provincetown this year and Pineapple House on Snow's Lane made it extremely exceptional. This was our second year renting the house and we only have wonderful things to say about the house and its owners.
The house not only has great privacy, but is also conveniently located to Commercial Street. We loved that it sits on Shank Painter Pond and has such a beautiful view! The walk into town is not far at all - even if it's after late nights out at restaurants and bars.
The Mleczko family did an amazing job making their rental home feel like a home away from home. Our group loves the enormous sectional in the living room, which is perfect for seating and socializing. The home is intimate and inviting, but still perfect for a large group to have individual space within the house. Everyone was very comfortable as there are plenty of towels, sheets and most importantly temperature control on hot days! All of the housemates were happy with their rooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing any type of dinner. The grill area and patio with the outdoor seating is perfect for group dinners and entertaining as well. During a few of our cook outs, so many other friends that stopped by were very envious of how great the house was!
Grace has always been extremely accommodating and welcoming to our group. I would highly recommend Pineapple House to anyone that is looking for the perfect Provincetown vacation. The house that you stay in can make it so much more special!

This property surpassed any previous one's we have stayed at for our annual Memorial Day weekend trip. The home was in excellent condition with plenty of amenities to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable stay for our guests. The beautiful view and multiple tables on the porch made for many relaxing afternoons, and the house is a perfect distance from the action of the main strip. We cannot wait to return to such a beautiful property!

When renting a house for the first time, you're always worried the house might not be exactly as it's described in an owners description. Forget those worries here. This home is absolutely perfect. First impression is driving up the evergreen lined driveway and pulling into the beautiful stone courtyard. Large enough for 4-5 cars. Second impression, there is a garden and grill/picnic table area terraced off to the side of the house with a HUGE picnic table that's not pictured in this sites photos. Third impression, opening the door and the house smells wonderful. It is spotlessly clean and everything is brand new. The owners (who are extremely nice) have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Towels, linens, kitchen wares, wi-fi, cable TV, laundry supplies, quality mattresses, excellent central A/C, ceiling fans, outdoor deck tables and cushioned seating, huge dining table and the largest sectional sofa I've ever seen. During my week long stay with 4 friends, there was never a situation where we needed something and did not easily find what we needed in the house.
The view from the back deck is gorgeous morning and night. The walk to Commercial Street is easy and about 5-10 minutes. Close enough to all the fun, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful.
I'm already planning to rent this home again next summer.

We've coming to PTown for nine years now and this is one of the best houses we've stayed in. It is really convenient to the shops and beach - either a short walk or quick drive away. We had a four, six and thirteen year old with us and they found the walk easy.
Pineapple House itself is beautiful - everything you need is there and the owners have clearly thought about all of the little details. The owners were also absolutely lovely - even when I had to call them to find out how to unlock a bathroom door that my youngest daughter had locked from the outside by mistake!
Being a new build, the condition of the property is immaculate and the air con made a welcome relief for us on the hottest days.
The views from the deck are great too - looking over the pond (which we tried to find a way to get to, but the natural bushes surrounding it made it impassable). The house is set back from the road so is nice and private even though there are neighbours around you.
We loved our week in the house and will definitely be coming back next summer if we can make it.
