Equipped with everything you need relative to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi high speed (fiber) throughout the house, radio. Interaction with guests Welcome to check-in and check-out, available when needed. The district Two minutes walk from the sea, in the central Ostia filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Also ideal for walking, biking or jogging in the beautiful pine forest of Castelfusano. A ride around 5 minutes walk to the Lido Centro metro station that takes you to the center of Rome in 30 minutes. Renovated flat, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 200 meters to the sea and 5 min to metro station to Rome, TV, wifi. Provided with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom equipment, washing machine. American boiler for coffee. TV and free high speed WiFi everywhere in the house and radio .. Nearby the seaside, in the nice and lively center of Ostia, full of shops, restaurants and bars. Ideal for biking, walking or jogging either on the seaside or in the "Pineta of Castelfusano".

Esperienza positiva, appartamento ampio e ben tenuto, ottima posizione e ben accessoriato.

Department is outdated but ok. 1 couch for 4 to sit when we were 6.
They said there are towels for shower and beach. We had 4 towels for 6 people.
We had heat wave but no way to cool down. Windows opens up to back of fish restaurant so smell and no AC.
The street noise was bad every night - from the 5 nights we didn’t sleep at all - garbage trucks, street cleaning, people on the street and at the restaurants.
Close to beach but you have to pay to go to the beach, 700m from grocery store. No, and I mean no parking within 500m.
I would rather pay double than book this again.
They also only told us the day before we arrived that there are people working outside on the building. They said only painting no noise. But they were drilling all the time and smoked so again no open windows.
We are exhausted from the department- not the holiday

Large and clean apartment in Ostia
We only stayed one night (less than 24 hours), but the apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly want for your stay (most of which we didn’t use). It was by far the organized in the sense of a detailed book about how things worked and other information on the area.
The owner was lovely and very response. She was also very flexible in regards to check in etc. Ammsure that depends on other bookings etc as we were there on the off season.
Should we need to stay in Ostia again this is a very good choice

Great one night stay a the apartment. Large two bedroom, two bath apartment with a modern kitchen. Very near the beach and in the center of town. Only wish we had more time in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean apt. With everything we needed to be comfortable
We stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Ostia antica before flying home. The location is great close to this as well as the ocean and restaurants etc

Just as advertised a lovely flat near the sea
I stayed with my wife and two older children and it worked wonderfully. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owners are amazing people that were helpful and available if you needed them. The kitchen is a good size and easy to cook in. There are numerous restaurants nearby and gelato parlors (our favorite places). We felt much more at home here than in Rome. We were able to travel from our last flat next to the coliseum to this one in less than an hour and cost 1 euro 50 per person.

Great apartment close to Rome and the sea
A very spacious, clean, and well equipped apartment. Easy walking distance to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owner, Sonia, was very welcoming and helpful, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Parking is on the street, and can be difficult, but with patience you will find a spot.

Super Kontakt, Luigi war ein sehr netter und angenehmer Vermieter. Sehr freundlich.
Location war sehr nah am Meer, sehr sauber und leicht erreichbar.
Immer wieder gern, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Appartamento spazioso e in posizione perfetta
L'appartamento é spazioso, pulito, a due passi da fast food, supermercati, ristoranti messicani giapponesi cinesi e di ottima cucina italiana. A 100 metri dalla spiaggia, questo appartamento é una scelta sicura e irremovibile per i miei prossimi viaggi a ostia lido.
