About this house rental
Located in Andratx, this attractive house for $307 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The only 2016 renovated village house has 165 square meters and is very quiet in the upper part of the village Andratx. The house itself is certainly some centuries old, the Mallorcan details have been obtained in the restoration. Before the house there are several small patios, ideal for breakfast or for afternoon coffee. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open architecture: different sitting areas, a fireplace and an open kitchen with adjoining dining room. Not to mention a great shower. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with shower and bath. From office takes you to the 30 square meter roof terrace with 360 degree view, to the mountains, the village and the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners k w /. Within walking distance you can catch all small attractions of the village to explore: bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful church. And of course, "It Pantaleu" the ideal starting point for hikes through the nearby valleys, for day trips to the stunning coast road along the Tramuntana Mountains or for the beach.

Spacious, beautiful and comfortable, the house has everything you might need. In the center of the old town, the house has large outside patios downstairs and upstairs. The surroundings are very quiet. Volkmar was an amazing host, when we arrived late he had filled up the refrigerator with water, milk, drinks and a bottle of wine. We cooked most of our stay and the house has all the appliances and most pantry items you would need. The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning is every room of the house, and finally the roof top patio is the best place to have a meal with the best view of Andratx.

Wonderfully quaint property in a quiet and picturesque town. Our host was very kind and attentive and easy to contact for any questions we had. Parking was an adventure though not insurmountable. Property description matched perfectly with reality and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible home with fantastic hosts
Our week staying here was the best decision we made. Great two stories plus a rooftop with fantastic views and a table and lounge chairs. Location was perfect walk to restaurants and delicious bakeries. Very much home.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter.Urlaub in einem authentischen Stadthaus ,gut eingerichtet,mit unterschiedlichen Freiflächen zum Genießen und Entspannen.Einkaufen,Restaurants in Fußnähe gut zu erreichen.Wenn man von Leben in einem malloquinischen Städtchen etwas mitbekommen möchte,ist dies der richtige Ort.Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände sind mit dem Auto gut und in naher Entfernung gut zu erreichen.

Grosses, ruhig gelegenes Dorfhaus in der Altstadt von Andratx. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Wochenmarkt (super Tipp von Volkmar) problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar sowie Parkplatzmöglichkeiten im ganzen Stadtkern vorhanden.
Das Haus verfügt über eine herrliche Dachterrasse mit Ausblick bis zum Hafen wie auch diversen kleinen Patios ums Haus herum.
Die Vermieter (Volkmar und Claudia) sind äusserst freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Schönes Dorfhaus in Andratx
Richtig gemütliches Dorfhaus in der Altstadt von Andratx. Kurze fußläufige Wege zum Marktplatz mit kleinem Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt und Kirche mit Parkmöglichkeit, machen diese Unterkunft zu einem idealen Standort.
Wer gerne kocht und zum Essen auf der Dachterasse, den Ausblick bis zum Hafen genießen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Erwähnenswert sind die guten Betten und das schöne große Bad.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Gemütliches Haus, ein Stück echtes Mallorca
Es handelt sich um ein bestens renoviertes und ausgestattetes altes mallorcinisches Haus mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kamen selbst zum Einchecken und haben alles erklärt und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, auch in der Küche findet sich alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse mit großen Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ist großartig, der Blick über die Berge bis zum Hafen wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La maison de Volkmar et Claudia correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes: une petite maison de ville, au coeur d’Andratx et de sa communauté bien vivante. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu la chance de visiter les environs à vélos électriques, d’assister au défilé du Carnaval, de faire nos emplettes au marché du mercredi, de prendre l’apéro sur les terrasses avoisinantes. Volkmar et Claudia ont été de parfaits hôtes. Volkmar nous a même dépanné en réglant pour nous une question administrative auprès de la compagnie de location de voiture. Merci pour tout!

Wonderful house in a lovely town
Volkmar and Claudia were lovely, thoughtful hosts. The house was immaculate and had lots of lovely touches but was also very comfortable and felt like a home. The roof terrace was wonderful at any time of day with spectacular views of mountains and the sea. The location in the town means great access on foot to local restaurants and bars, and only a short 10 min drive to lovely beaches (Camp de Mar). I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience of Mallorca and can’t wait to come back again!

A fantastic property
If you are looking for a little oasis of calm away from the resorts and want to experience a more traditional Mallorcan environment, this is the property for you. A fantastic town house, well equipped and superb views from the roof terrace. The owners (Volkmar and Claudia) are also fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. We’ll be back !

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und das Haus ist wirklich eine kleine Oase der Ruhe.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend und die beiden sind äußerst hilfsbereit und nett.
Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir waren 1,5 Wochen mit unserem Sohn im Haus und haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.

Urlaub in wunderschöner Wohlfühloase
Wir hatten das Glück, mit vier Erwachsenen eine Woche lang in diesem tollen Objekt Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir es genossen.
Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Straße in der Ortschaft Andratx, von außen ist es ganz unscheinbar. Von Innen ist es jedoch sehr geräumig mit unheimlich viel Platz für eine Familie oder wie in unserem Fall für zwei Paare. Hohe Mauern sorgen für ein absolut blickgeschütztes Wohlfühlambiente. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt - man vermisst wirklich überhaupt nichts. Auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse mit weitem Blick bis auf's Meer kann man zusammen frühstücken bzw. essen oder auf den hochwertigen Liegen inkl. Auflagen ausgiebig Sonne tanken. Der Marktplatz mit kleinem Supermarkt und verschiedene kleine (gute) Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum großen Supermarkt sind es nur 900 Meter. Auch bis nach Port Andratx kann man sehr gut zu Fuß gehen (5 KM), bei entsprechenden Weingenuss am dortigen Hafen nimmt man sich später am besten ein Taxi zurück (10 EUR). Insgesamt eine kleine, versteckte Perle, zu der wir hoffentlich irgendwann zurück kehren werden. Zur Krönung des Ganzen ist das Vermieter-Paar unfassbar freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit, und wir möchten uns hiermit noch einmal von ganzem Herzen für diese schöne Woche bedanken. S&S / C&G

Schöner Wohnen in Andratx
Als Gäste im März erlebten wir sehr schöne Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Unsere supernetten Gastgeber waren immer sofort da, wenn mal was war: z.b. kein Wasser, und klärten die Lage umgehend (die Gemeinde hatte an den Hydranten gearbeitet).
Grosszügig, toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, was will man mehr. Wir kommen wieder.

Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber - tolles Haus
Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus von Volkmar und Claudi sehr gut gefallen. Schon die erste Kontaktaufnahme sowie der Empfang waren herzlich und vertraut. Wir haben uns mit all den Tipps und Hilfen rundum wohl gefühlt und fühlten uns empfangen wie bei Freunden.
Volkmar ist immer erreichbar und bei allen möglichen Anliegen behilflich. Kleinere Störungen am Haus (z.B. Wlan) wurden umgehend beseitigt. Die Klimaanalagen heizen erstaunlich gut und haben das ganze Haus erwärmt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist bezaubernd: sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll und von hoher Qualität. Begeistert hat uns vor allem, dass wir viele Kerzen, weihnachtlichen Schmuck und sogar einen geschmückten Fichtenzweig als Weihnachtsbaum vorfanden. So stand einem festlichen Ambiente zur Weihnachtszeit nichts im Wege.
Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Die Terrasse ist atemberaubend mit wunderschönen Ausblicken, die Nähe des Hauses zum Marktplatz, Geschäften, Restaurants und alltäglichem Leben reizvoll. Wandermöglichkeiten bestehen direkt vom Haus aus und man kann auch auf schönen Wegen zum Hafen herunterlaufen.

Wundervolles Domizil, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Tolle Lage, Traum-Aussicht und herzliche Gastgeber, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Selten ist es uns so schwer gefallen, wieder abzureisen.

Lovely house, very well equipped.
Lovely character house, stylish decor with plenty of space. The photos on site don’t really show how big the house is. Very well equipped kitchen with proper kitchen knives, pots and pans, Tupperware for beach picnics etc. And a utility room with everything you need for a home from home - sun parasols for the beach to umbrellas in case of rain! Local bakery 2 mins walk for your morning Pan y ensaimadas and great local Bar Cubano for early evening drink and tapas.
Very accommodating owners/hosts (Volkmar and Claudia)who did a late check in for us and were helpful with local knowledge.

Es pantaleu, a nicely renovated house the historic town Andratx
We stayed for almost three weeks in this lovely townhouse in a perfect location. A cosy town square with restaurants just around the corner and shops within walking distance. Furthermore, plenty of walking opportunities (to the harbour 4,5 km) and hiking (SantElm) in the neighborhood.
The house has a beautiful roof terrace and a nice patio on the ground floor.
The interior of the house is very complete. Bedwares and towels were plentiful available . All in all we enjoyed our stay and we recommend a stay in this holiday rental, named Es Pantaleu.
