Getting to Formentera was a breeze. I was concerned it may take a while but taxis were easy outside Ibiza airport, 15 mins to the Ferry which I pre booked with Trasmapi. 30 mins on the Ferry arrived at Formentera port. Taxis again easy and 10 mins to Es Pujols €13. On arrival I rang Elli (owner) very helpful and told her where we were waiting for her. She said 1 hour, it was more than 2. So we were a bit hot and tired when she finally showed up. She gave us the key with more info about the area but had to rush off so had to find out ourselves about the apartment. Firstly it’s up 2 flights of stairs and located above Cafe Miranda. Not easy with a fully loaded suitcase I can tell you. Excellent air con as you enter and immediately you see the view from the balcony. Very impressive right on the beach ( no sun beds) with lovely views. If you want the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, shops all on your doorstep then this is for you. We loved it. Restaurants as far as the eye can see spoilt for choice. Mostly upmarket and quite expensive and surprisingly lots of Italians and Italian restaurants. English was not the second language and it was fun trying to understand the waiters and what we wanted to order. Geared 100% to Italians. Flat screen TV which we didn’t use and internet access codes on the wall cabinet worked perfectly on all 4 phones. Impressive. Fridge quite large plenty of space and all amenities in the kitchen which is a bit narrow for two but perfectly acceptable. Bathroom has all the expected, shower ok but not very powerful. There is a top loader washing machine in the bathroom which again we had to find out how to use ourselves. Which we did in the end. Worked very well. Bedroom 1 and 2 are very simple with king size beds. Only one has air-con in it the other bedroom is close to an air con unit in the hallway. They both work well. Overall the apartment is a little tired and can do with some TLC but is in an excellent location and you don’t spend too much time in it and ok for 4 adults staying which is just about enough room for. We left 4 beach umbrellas and 4 lilo’s on the balcony for new visitors and we hope any new visitors enjoy them. Elli was very easy to contact (mobile and WhatsApp) and easy to deal with and made an excellent host. Definitely recommend this property.

Whilst the apartment was in a superb location with wonderful views etc. the apartment is in my opinion in need of a facelift. The wiring did not look very safe on the kitchen bench, two broken pictures hung on the wall. The bedding was not very nice and not enough towels for showering and hair washing etc. The kitchenette was well enough equipped for self catering.

Appartamento ben curato e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Posizione fantastica direttamente sulla spiaggia con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, ma con infissi che lo rendono anche silenzioso. Proprietari molto carini e disponibili, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

The apartment is nice. A little worn but cosy and adequate for a short stay. It is located in the heart of Es Pujols, if you want to be at the heart of the party. However, because of this it is very noisy day and night! The apartment is directly above a cafe/ bar and opposite a restaurant as well as other venues. People were having lots of fun until the early hours of the morning- loud music, whooping, singing, shouting. Even once the bars shut it was very loud with bins being emptied and shutters closing. The property is relatively old and though the balcony glass is ok enough when shut- the bedroom windows are not. We live in central London so very used to noise at night but this was too loud and we left the apartment early. Unfortunately we lost a lot of money but the constant noise would have ruined the trip. If you are into partying this is a good place but if you’re looking for some peace and quiet- it is not.

io e il mio compagno dovevamo correre la formentera to run e abbiamo optato per soggiornare presso questa struttura trovata tramite internet.Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili e alloggio con favolosa vista mare molto comodo anche per chi come noi ha bimbi piccoli che possono accedere velocemente alla spiaggia.Nelle vicinanza molti pub bar ristoranri e supermercati.Consigliato

Appartamento carinissimo, in posizione strategica, sia per gli spostamenti, sia per la vita notturna. Vista spettacolare. Comodo per 4 ragazze come noi. La proprietaria Ellie gentilissima e disponibilissima. Non vediamo l'ora di poterci ritornare. Formentera e' davvero speciale!

Le immagini riportate nel sito rendono perfettamente la realtà. Il terrazzo ha una vista mare fantastica posizionato di fronte alla spiaggia, sopra la passeggiata serale, nel cuore di Es Pujols, ideale per chi vuole vivere l'atmosfera di questa località. L’appartamento é confortevole, in buono stato, non grande, ma non manca nulla, in 4 persone si sta molto comodi. Le proprietarie Elli e Janina sono simpatiche e disponibili. Consigliato!!

es war ein toller urlaub in pujols. super zentral an der promenade, grosszügige wohnung, wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche). der große Balkon war gold wert, wenn wir in der wohnung waren, haben wir dort gesessen und die tolle aussicht auf das meer/strand genossen. nette und unkomplizierte vermieterin, die uns mit den besten tipps versorgt hat. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Apartamento sumamente aconsejable para todo aquel que quiera pasar unos días de vacaciones en tan fantástica ubicación. Ubicado en una posición inmejorable en pleno paseo marítimo de Es Pujols, a 10mts de la playa y a mano de todo lo que puede interesarte en un sitio como ese. Su ubicación en el edificio es perfecta, pues a diferencia de otros apartamentos del mismo, da a la calle tanto lateral como frontalmente. Perfectamente limpio y ordenado, con un aire acondicionado que funciona espléndidamente, cosa esta sumamente importante en un sitio caluroso como las islas. No es demasiado grande pero es suficiente para cubrir las necesidades de unas 4 personas aproximadamente. Si bien la zona en la que está enclavado no es la más tranquila de las islas, es lo que tiene estar en el centro de todo, se duerme muy bien y los ruidos que pueden llegar desde la calle no impiden para nada el descanso placentero. Su terraza con vista directa al mar y al paseo marítimo es todo un lujo en mayúsculas, te permite ver todo lo que sucede y disfrutar de un atardecer precioso a la vez que tomas una copa, es de lo mejor que tiene este apartamento. El equipamiento en sencillo pero suficiente para cubrir las necesidades básicas de quien está de vacaciones y pasa la mayoría del tiempo fuera de casa. Lo único que se hace algo engorroso es el acceso, al tener que subir las maletas hasta un segundo piso por una escalera no muy amplia, dada la carencia de ascensor. Su propietaria es sumamente servicial y está dispuesta en todo momento a darte cuanta información sea necesaria para que tu estancia en la isla sea todo un éxito; se agradece mucho su conocimiento de locales, restaurantes, chiringuitos y demás sitios de interés en Formentera, que hace que uno pueda visitar los sitios que son realmente importante en vez de perderse en búsquedas sin fin. En fin, un sitio ciertamente aconsejable al que sin dudas volveré.
