Fantastic house! Away from a lot of the noise but not too far to travel for most of the attractions. Plenty of room and beds! Would stay here again if I go back!

Close to down town and quick drive to Daniel island for our family reunion. Beds comfortable. Lighting around house and porch could be better. Back yard not useable. Quiet neighborhood good for walking dog down to the water.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my friend Tori getting married. The dining room table seated 6 and that was perfect for games. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was in an awesome location! We liked the Spanish tiles on the stairs and the open floor plan. The openness was great because we wanted to maximize our short time together. Our host was very responsive via phone and gave great suggestions. We highly recommend Junction Kitchen for breakfast! Great stay!

We stayed for a week, in town for a basketball tournament. We brought our pre-teen and teen and two dogs. Everyone was very comfortable and had space as needed to work on laptops or read. Location was very central to downtown Charleston and the beaches. Great hosts!

Cute little cabin and a great space. Lots of bright natural light during the day, not much lighting for at night. Older appliances and leaky faucets, but overall a great place. (If you plan on cooking meals in the kitchen, definitely come prepared with your own stuff, they only have very basic utensils)

Cabin is quaint and comfy and fits the property. It takes you out of the "neighborhood " which is quiet with very little traffic. There are some property maintenance issues that should be addressed mainly the water/patio door. (Very difficult to open & close) Garbage cans were packed upon our Sunday arrival and not a pleasant site and difficult to get ours in there.
Interior-rooms were nice, beds comfy and baths had plenty of hot water and towels. Kitchen is usable but cooking is a challenge. A space that accommodates 10 really needs a better supply of Pots & Pans so you can cook for a group.
Overall, it's a good getaway spot and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time, however the house could be updated on the inside, the backyard needs alot of attention. Very few pots and pans, there were 6 of us and cooking was a challenge due the lack of pots and pans. Owner super nice and was at the property to check on things

Very unique and roomy log home! Was very central to all we did with MUSC graduation activities, but also very private area separate from the hub of the city.

Comforts of home away from home. Well stocked with towels and kitchenware. Could use more places to hang stuff (ie. towel hooks, clothing racks) and better lighting in the main areas but other than that, it was very nice.

Our book club stayed here for the weekend; our party consisted of six women, age. Ts 50+. The house was perfect for our needs, and my bed (master king) was very comfortable. The host met us shortly after our arrival to welcome us and suggest some places to eat/visit. He was very friendly. The stairs to the upper floor were a little difficult to manage, so I would not recommend for elderly visitors, and the kitchen was elevated up a step and required stepping down to the fridge, which was awkward but OK for us. We did very little cooking there since Charleston has great restaurants!

The cabin was good but some rough areas. While we would consider staying again, these items would need to be addressed first. Top of staircase has 2 exposed screws. Lighting was very dark. It seemed the bulbs were not strong enough. The front door sticks very badly which is a safety issue. The TV has no service. We were tech savvy enough to make it work with our phones.
The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

The house is really big and could accommodate a big group. Overall, we had a nice stay. The location was close to Charleston with a price that was much cheaper than the houses right in Charleston. It was clean and there were lots of towels.
There were some things that could be improved for future visitors. The house was freezing when we arrived and it was one of the coldest weekends on record in the past several years. The upstairs bedroom never got warm. It had what I think was a dehumidifier in it, but we weren't sure how to use it and there weren't any instructions.
There was very little overhead lighting and the available lighting was dark. Some bulbs were missing or burnt out so the house was dark.
Part of the reason we stay in Verbos is so we can cook and save on restaurants. There were only two very small pots and one did not have a handle. A house this big should have at least one big pot. (A blender would have also been great.)
The big tub doesn't hold water and we used up all the hot water trying to fill it. The jets don't work. This isn't a deal breaker, but it would be nice if it were explained.
The TV was a smart tv, but a little hard to figure out. It would have been nice to have written instructions. There was paperwork about a Roku, but there was no Roku. There was not a t.v. in any of the bedrooms or the upstairs common room. We don't travel to watch t.v. so this wasn't a big deal for us, but is different from other places we have stayed.
There were lots of nice touches. The tile work is beautiful and there are nice antique furnishings throughout.

Loved the home and it's rustic charm. There was even toys for our 4 year old daughter to enjoy. The only real negative issue we ran into was with the downstairs bathroom having a pretty bad odor though. The cleaning company showed up 30 minutes before checkout and just walked in while we were still there, which was quite awkard.

Nice place to stay, cosy with plenty of room for everyone and close to everything Charleston has to offer. We had a very relaxing trip seeing the attractions and eating the great variety of excellent foods in Charleston. Mark the owner was very friendly and a wealth of knowledge about the area. He gave us excellent suggestions on things to do, places to eat and spots to go fishing! Thanks Mark! We hope to stay there again in the future!

Had early check in., when arrived cleaning lady was still there. They was very quick when I acquired who was there. The husband came to cabin very quickly and we was able to check in early. He was very friendly and nice. The cabin was very nice, had plenty of room for everyone. They even brought over a gate for my 2 year old great grandson to put at steps. The jets in the master tub did not work and dishwasher did not wash dishes well but other than that we all loved the cabin
