Nestled in Saint Georges Basin, this attractive house for $178 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Furnished in a fresh, casual style Treetops is welcoming and comfortable allowing guests to immediately kick back and relax. This is our much-loved family holiday home which we are delighted to be able to share with our guests. The house is both family and pet friendly with great water views and only 2 mins walk St Georges basin and all the amenities of Sanctuary point shopping centre. Coles Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive at Vincentia. We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for up to 10 guests/friends. All Linen is provided for your stay - ( sheets Pillow case and bath towels) Pet fee is $15 Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog. The backyard is secure for most breeds, with fences all round and a kennel is provided. Upstairs Bed 1 - Queen Bed Bed 2 - Bunk Bed + 1 Single Shower Room with Toilet Kitchen, Living and Dining areas Downstairs Bed 3 - Queen Bed Bed 4 - Queen bed and 1 single Shower Room with Toilet Laundry with Fridge There is a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining room upstairs which have good water views from the balcony. The large, fully fenced backyard is suitable for storing kayaks, sailboards etc. Car and boat parking is available off-street in the front garden. Inside, there are two flat-screen TVs with digital reception plus plenty of DVDs to entertain the whole family. Local mobile phone reception is good For good screen entertainment we have a good selection of board games and yard games. WIFI is available with a streaming service connection Please note that due to its quiet residential location noise must be kept to a minimum i.e.Treetops is not suitable for Schoolies groups etc. Sanctuary Point Village and Local Attractions Treetops is just a five minute walk to all the amenities of Sanctuary Point village where you will find a good range of shops including a supermarket, ATMs and Post Office. Fresh bread is available from 2 local bakeries and there are various takeaway shops. For your health care there is a medical centre, a physiotherapist, two hairdressers and a beauty salon. St Georges Basin offers superb fishing, swimming, water skiing and sailing. In the summer months you can enjoy the delights of prawning. There are several boat ramps around the lake shores where you may launch your own boat. We provide bikes or you can bring your own. There is plenty of easy riding around the village streets and all around the lake shores. Approx 15 minutes drive away you will discover the beautiful white sands of Hyams Beach plus Green Patch and the Booderee National Park are also close by. Why not learn to surf at Cave Beach? Nearby Huskisson village offers diving schools, dolphin and whale watching and a great selection of cafes and restaurants. The new Vincentia Marketplace is now open nearby and offers Woolworths, Aldi, a Medical Centre and a good selection of shops and cafes plus petrol station.

Beautiful spacious house with everything to offer your photos do not do it justice. Greatly appreciated the extras even though most days were wet, our kids loved the large backyard lots room for there outdoor play and watching the wildlife while in the front we had visit from a kangaroo. Bedrooms were large and comfortable with everything you need, lovely bathrooms definitely needed the both with our extended family’s, and having the extra channels on the television was such a treat. Our sure loved our Christmas stay it was amazing.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely property. Clean, comfortable and everything you need for a home away from home. Nice walks along the lake nearby for myself and the dog while the teens relaxed. Local shops around the corner and a short drive to major supermarkets and some great beaches. Unfortunately we didn't get to try out the kayaks on the lake due to the weather - we might have to come back! Thanks!

House well equipped. About the only possible improvement would be a toasted sandwich maker. Country club and shopping center about 3 minutes amble away. Pity the standard of play wasn't up to the location.

The best Stayz accomodation we have stayed in so far! Great location, with absolutely everything supplied for an awesome getaway. All beds were super comfy with clean linen , pillows and doonas. Fully equipped kitchen , ultra modern and clean. Soaps and shower gels supplied . These owners have thought of absolutely everything for your home away from home, even the outdoor supplies such as Kayaks, bikes . Only one street away from the waters edge and a 5 min walk to the local shops. 10 mins drive to the most beautiful beaches. Five stars to Joanna and Mark for their incredible house , with affordability to the average family. We will definitely be back again!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this very comfortable and well-equipped home. Even though there were cold nights, we enjoyed warm blankets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well maintained and serviced our family needs. Checking in and out was a breeze. A big thank you to Mark and Joanna for a fantastic home away from home, and we'd certainly love to come back.

Nice accommodation overall but was a little far from where we were hoping to be (St Georges Basin) as it was in the next suburb and we weren’t aware of this when we booked. Other than that very comfortable.

As family we had a wonderful time!! Great local shops. My older boys enjoyed their stay as they had the Husky triathlon. Our twins loved riding the bikes! Our dogs Luna and Lily love the back yard! We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks this time around maybe next time! We highly recommend this home and location. Owners are great communicators and instructions are pretty straight forward easy to access and easy to leave. Thank you 😊
