Location was perfect and we had everything we could possibly need!

This VRBO condo exceeded my expectations. The unit was 3 bedroom and we stayed with two children and a family friend. There was plenty of space for all, the unit was beautiful, and the location could not have been better. The check in team kept me apprised of every detail and the provisioning team they recommended did a great job, too. Many thanks!

This is our second time staying here and it was better then the first!!!! Everything was clean and neat!! The unit had everything we could possibly need!!!! Enjoyed the view and we loved listening to the live music from our balcony! Only negative thing is the sofa bed was terrible!!!! My daughter couldn’t even sleep on it....maybe invest in a new sofa bed? All the other beds were so comfortable! We would come back and stay here again!!! Great stay!

Grande Bay is so convenient to town and you know what you are getting. Very nice and up to date units that everything you need. This unit had beach chairs, some snorkel equipment, as well as coolers for us to use.

We absolutely love Grand Bay Resorts. It is convenient to everything we love to do. The condo was clean, well equipment and the air condition worked great. We enjoyed evening music from the bars next door right from our balcony and the view from the front row is incredible. Highly recommend! We will be back

Great location in town, walk to restaurants and shopping, close to our favorite 3 beaches. Maho , swimming with the sea turtles and the best painkillers on St John, Trunk bay and Cinnamon rounded out the beaches. Great lunch at Skinny legs in Coral Bay, best grilled cheese. Morgan’s Mango best dinner in Cruz bay.

The condo is gorgeous, beautifully appointed - it truly has everything you could possibly need. It overlooks the beach at Cruz Bay, so lots of activity in the morning. Our only complaint is that due to the location next to a bar and restaurant with live music, it was a little noisy in the late evenings. But the bedrooms in the back were perfectly quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location we could walk to restaurants and to the Ferry which was very coinvent. Parking available for rental cars just do in advance. Pool was ok and has a hot tub could use some updating. Only issue we had was bar next door was very loud till late if you sleep in front bedroom it will keep you up. But you could move to one of the back bedrooms and you will not hear it. Nicely decorated and had a very stocked kitchen and a pretty view off balcony of the boats. Definitely rent a vehicle when you come beautiful beaches to see.

Our family group traveled to St. John for my daughter’s wedding. The villa had space for our family, supplies, and the perfect location! My husband is already trying to figure out when we can return and stay at the beautiful villa again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Gone Coastal, would happily return for a future trip! Communication from start to finish was excellent, Adrienne met us on property to welcome us and give us our keys. The unit is very well maintained, linens are nice and new and the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed for our stay. Location is awesome if you like to be close to the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to have peace and quiet when you want it. Plenty of room for our family of 6.

It hurts me to recommend to others because I know it won't be available to me but if you are looking for the best place to stay in St John look no further. The condo is totally outfitted for anything you could need. Everything is updated clean as a whistle and convenient to all you want to do. See you soon.

The ease of renting this Villa and the communication with Rachelle was great, answered any questions immediately. The Villa was perfect , having anything we could need or want.

We have stayed at Grand Bay property previously, also booked thru VRBO and it was an excellent experience. This trip was good but a couple of things were bumpy. We arrived early so we walked to checkin to leave our bags. We were greeted with a sign “Will be right back”. We waited 30 minutes and no one returned then decided to leave our stuff and went out to get something to eat. You would think there would be water in the lobby. After pulling our bags from customs down the unfinished roads it was hot. When we came back there was someone there and our room was ready. No one walked us to the room all we were told was building 3 and the room number. We had a lot a luggage and made the mistake of going in incorrect entrance. We were all ready to abandon our bags. It was a nightmare. Then I would expect a little welcome note or water in the fridge—-nothing! There was water in the fridge door but all vrbo’s that we have rented always have at least water and fyi before we arrived at Grand Bay we VRBO’d in the BVI’s and had some type of greeting. One more gripe, for amenities in the room they did not even provide a travel size of body lotion. It sounds trivial but for what we paid for 2 nights I expected a bit more. We go to STJ a few times a year but these little things just were annoying this time around. One more note, the location of the unit is good but honestly when on the balcony you are 3 feet away from people dinning at Lovango Rum Bar

Wonderful personalized service the entire stay! We did not have enough beach chairs the first day, so I texted Rachelle to see if we could possibly get one more chair. The very next morning there were two brand new beach chairs next to our jeep! Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay here! The condo is large and clean and has a great porch overlooking Cruz Bay. Parking was included so it was easy to pack up the jeep and drive to the beaches. We used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided. The only downside was that it is located right next to a bar and from the front bedroom, you could hear it at night. It didn't bother us during the week but there was a live band on Friday night that played until midnight which was a little late for us. We would definitely stay here again!
