Do not book here. Although the accommodation looks beautiful the staff running the house has terrible customer service which ruined our stay.

The check in process did not go smoothly. The staff arranged a transfer to the house but gave the driver the incorrect address ( at the back of the house -this door is not used). We then had to walk with all of our luggage in the heat around the block the the correct entrance. The second night of our stay we arrived home with no running water, no wifi, spotty electricity and no air conditioning. We contacted Hello Homes and they said they would send someone to fix the problem. Unfortunately not only was this person unable to fix the problems, he also opened the gas line that then leaked gas into the house. The entire house smelt of gas and we still had no running water, wifi, etc. At this point in time it was already 11:45 pm and we had no where else to stay. We wanted to leave but had no other hotel to go to or means of transportation. To add to this mess, the family room had an ant problem so the pull out couch in that room was not useable-my kids would not sleep with ants inside their bed. The entire night was a disaster and we had an early flight to catch the next day. The property would not give me a refund

Beautiful cosy house in the middle of the old town of Sitges. This area is super quiet, in the same street the restaurant with the big terrace offers delicious tapas! I would recommend this place to stay, perfect for a couple or 3-4 friends.
