This lovely villa is designed for indoor-outdoor living featuring sliding pocket doors that lead outside to the spacious private lanai. Take advantage of alfresco dining, cool tropical breezes, garden views, and a large outdoor gas grill. Lounge on the lanai and sip on a tropical beverage while taking in the beauty of Maui. This accommodation includes a beautifully designed living area, modern furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances, a flat-screen television, and WiFi throughout. Easily transport your groceries and luggage upstairs with your own personal elevator located in your unit. The Primary Bedroom is incredibly spacious and features a California King Bed, a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private lanai! The second Guest Bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a third guest bedroom with two queen beds, a private bathroom, and French doors leading out to a French balcony. The main living area also offers a half bathroom for guests to use. This two-story townhome also features central air conditioning throughout, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, covered carport across the driveway for a second vehicle, beach chairs, and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool! Ho'olei property features a stunning pool with a waterfall, a sandy beach area for children, and 2 jacuzzis to enjoy. Feel free to take the beach towels provided in your unit down to the pool to use! There is also a fitness center to use next to the pool area, and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available! This is a gated community with 24-hour security available. Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments at nearby properties, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. We couldn’t have picked a better rental for our group of 7. The condo was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We loved gathering in the gourmet kitchen and family room. Every last detail was accounted for and the management company was very quick to respond to our questions during our stay. We would love to return to Ho’olei.

To whom it may concern,
I explained to Tawny that my experience during my stay was a huge inconvenience for me and my family.
I provided a list of things that I requested before my arrival..such as the following: Ensuring the Ho'olei 24-2 was sprayed prior to my arrival. However, I was bitten by several insects in the Villa. Additionally, there were multiple spiders and spiders webs (i.e. bedrooms, in the elevator, hallways). (Pictures were provided)
The garage door opener was not provided. We had to get in and out of the car to open and close the garage door every time we left.
Housekeeping did not properly clean the unit. For instance, there was not a mattress cover over the bed that was adjacent to the laundry room. The mattress had several pee stains on the mattress and under the bed mattress there were several dead bugs (I took pictures as well). Tawnyalso saw the pee stains. She stated that she could not get another mattress today. She just asked the housekeeper to put on a mattress cover.
The pee stains were very unsanitary, and the issue should have been addressed before my arrival.
Overall, I expressed to Tawny that my trip was really inconvenience and I did not get a chance to fully explore Maui...due to the pest issue and the unsanitary mattress. She just kept making excuses after excuses.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the property that was maintained at Ho’olei Villas. I selected the Ho’olei Villa by looking at the picture

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great!
- Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun!
- Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together!
- Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable!
- Great swimming pool in the community!
- Walkable distance to the beach!
- The host was very helpful and responsive!
Here are some tips for future visitors:
- As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead!
- Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool.
- If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

Loved the unit and property in general, 10/10. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Road noise is a major issue that just can't be overlooked. I live in the city, and I want to get away from the noise, so this was a huge letdown that I couldn't relax on the lanai without listening to the traffic. Good thing the doors and windows do a good job of sound isolation.

The unit was clean and well appointed. It was not a far walk from the beach. Shopping was nearby. It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store. If you want ample space this you should consider this. I would stay here again if we visit with my family. There is really no view but that was fine for us.

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

Our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) loved our time here! The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!

We were not given the entry code to the gate, so we spent up to 20 minutes outside waiting for other residents to pull-up and let us in. We were provided the gate code two days after our arrival and after our email requesting the same.
The washer in the unit did not work.
The key fobs randomly deactivate, and it has nothing to do with your cell phone.

The condo was in a great location, offering quick access to the beach, as well as good restaurants. The porch looked out on shrubbery that provided privacy despite it being right next to a couple other units. It was very relaxing and the interior was spacious and comfortable.

Maui Spring Break
We had a great time in Maui staying at the house in Ho’Olei. The rental property was extremely clean and everything was in working order. We really have had no complaints just one small suggestion: some of the pans could be replaced. Other than that, it was a very nice property to stay at. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a great living room/lanai area to hang out at. This was our second time staying in Ho’Olei and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Maui vacation.

Our Villa at Ho'olei was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised by the extras that came with the rentals, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Everyone within the facility was fantastic. The pool was quiet and beautiful once the sun went down. The unit was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and will be renting through CBIP Vacations on future trips to Maui.

Paradise!
Besides having a fabulous location, this property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stay in & relax with a meal prepared in the kitchen & grill. Breakfast on the lani was such a wonderful place to begin the day. Very well kept & good construction (never heard anyone although we saw neighbors coming & going) We used the workout room everyday & the equipment was top notch. The pool & hot tub area was fabulous! Beautiful & welcoming but never felt crowded. Right across the street was the ocean walk, beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping. We look forward to staying here again!

Spacious unit. Appreciated the snacks and coffee upon arrival. Great service from managers. In fact, the woman who helped my wife look for her handbag went beyond the norm, really doing her best to help my wife. And she was very nice! Real convenient to Grand Wailea. Needs a little better cleaning , as cobwebs on ceiling, dusty artificial plants and stains on carpet. Also, really noisy late night party next door and the units are tightly packed in so slept with pillow over my head. Lastly, unit is on bottom row, so road traffic noise and master on lower level with no views removes any feeling of being in Hawaii. But, overall a positive experience.

Overall, this is a spacious, "premium" unit that "checks a lot of boxes". However, some things were inconsistent with the general vibe of the place, and showed an unexpected lack of attention to detail.
General condition: As pictured and comfortable. The kitchen was rather basically equipped, probably adequate if you don't plan on cooking many full meals there. The bottom rack of the dishwasher seemed to be missing one row of tines needed to support dishes properly. Also, the rack itself didn't fit well, so it kept sliding off the rails when loaded with plates.
Location: Conveniently located near the entrance to the complex and the swimming pool, with beach access a short, pleasant walk away. However, the lanai faces a small garden which backs up along the main Wailea thoroughfare. Because of this, it is quite loud inside the unit when the lanai doors are open and when you sit outside on the lanais (2 of the bedrooms also have lanais that open out onto the garden area), despite the lush foliage blocking the view of the road.
Cleanliness: Living room rug showed some staining and clearly had not been vacuumed (cracker crumbs all over, plus an old, squished grape on the rug and dried up grape stem on the coffee table). Several surfaces in the kitchen would have benefited from a simple wipe down. Heard scurrying (along the gutters) and later saw a large rodent scampering across the lanai. Carpet in the master bedroom needs cleaning.
