Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants, tourist shops, golf courses, and beaches or just sit on the bridge and take photos of iguanas. Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” we only allow 2 dogs up to 15lbs each. You are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable and can't be left unattended. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
