Situated in Lake Anna, this attractive house for $411 per night is a great option for your next vacation. No Wake Zone Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This family-friendly home is located in a gated community and offers easy water access to the main part of the lake. This home is in a prime location mid-lake in a large cove, and it is situated behind a no wake buoy. It's in the perfect spot for floating and swimming without having to worry about high-speed boat traffic. There are also spectacular views out the cove to the main lake. Enjoy use of the home's kayaks, play a board game as a family, or gather in the game room. The family dog is welcome to join the family in this home.This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use at this time. Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Vacasa for more info. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was very well located, but the king bed was very old and the windows and sofas were very, very dirty.

A lovely home, but when it is hot and you have iced drinks, we notified the management and there were no repairs made during our stay. It is a lovely refrigerator, but it needs a working ice maker.

We found the house to be very clean and “somewhat” well equipped. There was no can opener which presented a problem and no glass casseroles so we were unable to cook anything in the microwave. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. We called about that to no avail. The basement shower head broke completely off the first day we tried to use it and someone did come to look at it after we called; said he needed a part to fix it and never returned. We did notice in The reviews that someone that rented in June had the same problem so it’s obviously been broken since then. The house was comfortable for our large family. The only bed that was truly uncomfortable was the queen in the back bedroom. Dock was great. We did call ahead and ask how many refrigerators there were because we try to bring as much food as we can initially. We were told by “your team” that there was only one so we packed accordingly only to find upon arrival that there were 3! I don’t think your team actually knows your properties very well. We were told to use the community boat ramp and given the code to use it by your team only to find out when we got there that we also needed a card to access it. Again….you don’t know your properties. Our family had fun in spite of the problems. Would we rent again? No

The grads was overgrown wasnt cut until 5 day being there. Didnt have access to boat lift or boat ramp for that matter. Shower head broke. Breaker blew was out of power for a day vacassa kept telling me to look for the breaker box which was in a locked room. Dryer wasnt working had to have someone fix it for me...it was so clogged with lint. They sent someone out a day later after it was fixed. So many things wrong we left early. Wont book again.

The home was very clean, bathrooms are modern, beds were comfortable and location is superb - 9 min to Lake Anna Winery. Loved having coffee or wine on the deck by the water.

Large house suitable for family with view of the lake. We appreciated the large great room/kitchen with dining table suitable for 8 people. We needed a home that was handicap accessible and this home fit that well; the handicap ramp into the house and no step door entry provided easy access. In addition, one upstairs bedroom had a walk in shower that was usable for those who are handicapped with use of a shower chair.

The location of this house was amazing, right in the water with so much room to run around before you get to the water. The doc was amazing and had such a beautiful view. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and so relaxing. The house was great and equipped with everything we may have needed. The rooms were spacious and again had a great view of the lake. Internet connection was great, especially since our 2 year old loves watching her favorite show on there and it made it easier for her monitor to connect to WiFi.
The only downside were the bathtubs. They were all clogged and every time you went to go shower we would just be sitting in a puddle.

The location is great and the house was pretty awesome. One thing that was annoying is that the downstairs was much colder than the upstairs. Essentially, it feels that the downstairs would be harder to heat if it was cold outside.

Just as advertised. Little things that made packing easier-hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, linens on beds, bath towels included. They even had soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was nice little touches like that that put it over the top.
Great set up for family time and lake time.
One thing that I’ve noticed with all our house rentals is the poor condition of cook ware. We made due but it would be nice if they invest in a cheap new set every season.

We had a wonderful time at No Wake Zone, it was perfect. We rented a boat from Boato, they dropped it off and picked it up, it was great. I highly recommend No Wake Zone and Boato, we will be back!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time at No Wake Zone, it was perfect. We rented a boat from Boato, they dropped it off and picked it up, it was great. I highly recommend No Wake Zone and Boato, we will be back!

We had a great time as a family, were able to laugh about the hound dog next door, the floats and Kyacks were wonderful, beds comfortable and house nicely decorated. Main couch badly stained and cleaning job in showers and bathroom floors left lots of hair. Found lots of stuff, including a dog bone under the couch and lots of dog hairs on the top sheet from the comforters. The shower drains and bathroom sink drains were clogged. If it was not for these issues I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a lovely home that has a bunch of nice amenities with an open concept main level, big bedrooms and a beautiful view. The location is nice and quiet and everything was as described or better. Would definitely stay here again!

Good time with family
Loved being directly on the lake and the view from the house. Many rooms and space for our family of ten. House could use a little updating and the downstairs room was a little chilly as compared to the upstairs. But we had a great time and appreciated the house and the opportunity to get away.
