Nestled in Belize District, this lovely condo for $391 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This two level (2nd & 3rd floors) 1750 square foot condo 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Condo A6 has two covered balconies overlooking the pool & the beach with a fabulous view of the Belize Barrier Reef! Enter the condo through the handmade stained glass door to find a bedroom to your right with a queen bed. Continue down the hall past the full bath and you’ll enter the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is on your right and has lovely granite countertops and backsplash, among other new features. Straight ahead is the living/dining area and then veranda with a fabulous view of the pool and the sea. Upstairs you’ll find a full bath and two more bedrooms: -a large master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, and private veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. –a bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a king on request). This condo can sleep up to eight guests. The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular! It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild! Barbara was amazing! She directed us in every important and necessary way. Documents, flights, all necessary paperwork- she made everything so easy. The condo was perfect! So clean and colorful and full of amenities. We enjoyed the property so much, the pool the kayaks the pier and the concierge is very helpful. Also, I’d like to shout out to Yolanda at Suya Tours she made arrangements for everything and everything was amazing! A shout out too to Raul - he was such a kind and informative captain. We saw everything we could have imagined on our snorkeling tours. Highly recommend this property and everything it has to offer! 5 STARS all the way! Thanks for making our family’s trip so wonderful and memorable!

We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Beach! The view was amazing, the property was clean and well taken care of. We even had friends renew their vows on the beach at Sunset Resort! We loved the location. Barbara and Rosa were awesome to work with. Rosa met us along with Alvin to welcome us to the property, check us in, and deliver our golf carts. Barbara provided us with so much information before arriving, it made planning our trip so much easier. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed in Barbara's condo for my bachelorette party. We had an amazing time and we're thrilled at the location, condo set up, pool and staff. Barbara helped us coordinate many aspects of our stay and provided several helpful resources. Juan Carlos and Crystal prepared a wonderful dinner with drinks onsite that we loved! Highly recommend!

Loved every thing about it! The condo was beautiful and comfy...the only negative was the wifi wasn't always there and the hot water sometimes was slow to come around..the grounds were always perfect...we loved the wildlife..the lizards were a constant and we grew very fond of the iguana that lives under the foundation.The bird life was amazing around the condo..from the hummingbirds to the Orioles and warblers to the osprey nest on the cell tower behind the condo and ten the water birds were a constant...Juan Carlos was a great guy and his personality made us feel like we were leaving an old friend when we left. We hope to be back with more of our family next year.

Great spot to stay. Short golf cart ride to town. Very nice pool and dock. Good place for a family vacation.
