Across the road from the Geographe Bay foreshore, this newly decorated and stylish single storey homes offers excellent accommodation for families wanting to holiday on the water but still be within walking distance to the Dunsborough town center. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You will be comfortable all year round with Ducted Air conditioning and heating throughout the whole home. The open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy their own space in the separate activity room. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer. The kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal. The front yard is fully enclosed with a stunning alfresco area creating the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends, read a book or dine outdoors. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Tri-Bunk (double and single) Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4- 2x Long Singles Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc) Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking and a photo ID Both must be sent prior to receiving arrival details

Just spent 3 days using the house in dunsborough as a base for touring the region. Extremely pleasant location and beautiful outlook. A little bit of self catering luxury.

A very well-equipped house which had all the amenities you could wish for. Comfortable beds, very clean, spacious, couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be staying again.

The house was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Well appointed and spacious. Right across from the beach. Unfortunately getting a response from the property manager was impossible. Email, message via stayz app and text message all went unanswered.

Lovely location and would definitely love another holiday here.
However check in is too late in the day and no notice to say cleaners had finished & house was ready.
Sadly all management communications not at all welcoming or friendly.

The property is set out well, you could easily have 2 families stay with privacy. The location was an easy walking distance to downtown Dunsborough and the bay across the road which made it easy to go out and not have to drive.

A fantastic house to holiday in. It is a very comfortable layout for families and easy walk or bike ride into town. Over the road from the beach and hot water outside shower is great!

The home is well laid out and is deceptively bigger than what it looks from the outside. Everything you could need inside the home, could not fault it.
