About this condo rental
Located in Split, this charming condo for $322 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The apartment Luxerious Varos is not far from the park Marijan and about 5 minutes from downtown in a quiet and exclusive area of Split. The apartment is very modern and luxurious. It has two bedrooms as a toilet with bath and a modern kitchen with all accessories. The living room is modern with a LED TV and a surround system in a class of harman / kardon, but they are also air conditioned. In the living room, there is also a couch, where a person can still sleep separately if It is necessary. In the courtyard of the apartment there is a barbecue and of course a parking space for the car. The best way to get a first impression is to see the photos of the apartment. All our guests were very satisfied. The apartment has its own private parking.

The property exceeded our expectations. Location to old town and the Riva was ideal. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a quick walk to the little grocery store and bakery. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely stay there again

We recently stayed here for three nights before setting out on a sailing adventure. We were two couples, and we were very comfortable (would have been a tight fit for 6 people). Zvonimir was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just a short walk to restaurants and the center of the city. The air conditioning was much appreciated, as it was quite hot while we were there!

This location was perfect! 5min walk to EVERYTHING (restaurants, shops, historic monuments and harbor). The owner was very flexible and extremely responsive. We accidentally locked our key in the house and he was there in less than 10mins. I would definitely stay again.

Zvonimir was very quick to respond when I messaged him, and his checkin information was very clear. The apartment was super clean, which was a concern for me because I am very picky about cleanliness. His place did not disappoint. It was about 10 mins (tops) to the city center/tourist attractions, which was perfect because were close enough to where we needed to be without being in the center of the mob! There is a bakery and a mini market across the street, which served needs perfectly. It was an added bonus to have a Smart TV for the kids. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends. Top host, top place.

The apartment was very nice, spotlessly clean, with everything provided. Dvodomir was very hepful and friendly. Some maintenance on the plumbing would be good.

What a comfortable place this is. 2 private bedrooms, a comfortable living room with great tv to watch movies. Easy walk to the old city and to the beautiful Marjan Park. We would definitely stay again.

This VRBO apartment in Split, Croatia was exactly as advertised. Very modern, clean and well situated. Two bedrooms allows two couples to comfortably stay there. A nice bakery and grocery store across street. A coffee shop just down road. Within a 5 minute easy walk to the old town of Split. Zvonimir was very easy to deal with regarding the check in and check out procedures. He offered to arrange for personal tours, if required. He personally drove our group to airport. We would highly recomend staying at Zvonimir's apartment.

Convenient to everything - main square, bakery, restaurant at the top of the street that had great views. Host kindly arranged to pick us up at the airport, and even drove us back for our return flight at 4:15 am. Beautiful, clean apartment.

Fabulous location
this property was in a great location. close to everything. Walking distance to the main square area. The place was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything you need. Zvonimir the host was very helpful and attentive and just a really nice guy. i would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Split.

An amazing getaway
My husband and I absolutely loved this apartment. Fresh fruit, water and iced tea already in the fridge on your arrival. So close to so many amenities, 5 minutes to a bakery, 15 to a grocery store and about 20-25 minutes away from The Promenade. I would recommend this apartment to anyone not wanting to stay in a hotel. The owner is so friendly and so willing to make sure you have an amazing time in this city.

Excellent
Zvonimir is a great host, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help however he can. Property is clean and in a great location for everything Split has to offer. We had a slight communication issue initially but this was due to Home Away recording contact information incorrectly, nothing to do with the host. Fully recommended.

Late August stay
This was a great property for a family of five, with all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The property is in a great location, a quiet neighbourhood with grocery stores in easy walking distance and a great view over the city and cafe at the top of the hill. Parking is a real bonus for those with a car, not that you need it in Split as everything is in easy walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Good location
The apartment location is perfect: very close to the old town but away from the crazy touristy area. Be sure to check out the bakery one block down and right across from the house - it has a great selection of fresh breads and baked goodies.
The apartment itself was good, it’s not Luxurious in my opinion; it,s pretty basic but had everything we needed. One thing I wish I knew: there’s only one a/c unit in the living room and no A/Cs in the bedrooms - may not be an issue if you travel in spring or fall but we hit a heat wave and it was very hot and difficult to sleep.
Zvonimir is a great host: he met us at the port right off the boat and helped with our luggage, so check in process was great and easy.

Apartment in Split
Great apartment! Perfect size for our family of 5. It was clean and nicely renovated. The beds were a little hard, but I am finding that beds in Europe are like that. Great location. We would stay there again!

Perfect location and lovely apartment
We had a great stay in a clean, well located apartment. It was 6-7 min walk to old town and similar to viewpoint in Marjan. Very safe and easy to get to. All amenities included and host was very gracious - he picked us up at thand port, provided maps and suggestions and even left us a fruit bowl and some drinks in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great stay in a comfortable well appointed apartment
Although not luxurious, the apartment is functional and close to the Old town, walking distance. It was clean and was well furnished with supplies. The parking space was a real bonus. We left our car parked there for two days and walked around. Zvonimir was very nice and helpful. We were 4 adults and the apartment was very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Excellent location, excellent host.
The best of this apt is the location. You walk everywhere. The bakery and small market is almost next door, which is very convenient.
But the title is misleading. It's NOT a luxurious apartment. It's modest in my point of view, but good enough to sleep.

Great Location and Well Appointed Apartment
This apartment was great! It is right in the middle of everything, but away from all the touristy noise.
The apartment has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has a good shower, bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of cabinets, and there's a washer (convenient when you are travelling for days - no drier but there is a clothesline outside to hang things if needed). The parking spot was a bonus - but plan on leaving your car there while in Split because everything is within walking distance.
The location is perfect. It was easy to find, and the owner met us there. He went over everything, and asked what we wanted to do while in the city. He gave us a map and told us what to see, good places to eat, and where the local markets were. There is literally a little market and bakery across the street, one block down. There is a bigger market about a 5 minute walk away, as well as plenty of cafe's and restaurants. Up the street in the other direction is a great lookout of the whole city, and there's a lovely cafe to sit and have coffee. From there you can literally walk to the main part of town and see everything.
We really loved the location and the amenities. Mr. Dragun was very helpful, had great communication. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

All we can say that this is a lovely apartment and close to the Old Town, approx 10 min walk.
The apartment was immaculate and contained everything we required for a most pleasant stay. The owner met us at the property and answered any queries we had. Fruit and beverages were left for us to enjoy. The property is also a minute walk from a bakery and convenience store and about 10 mins from the Old Town. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we would like to again thank the owner, Zvonimir, for such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Richard Holland from England

Clean, great location, friendly owner
The reviews online are completely correct...the apartment is exactly an shown in the photos. The owner was excellent to deal with, promptly answering emails and messages. He was friendly when he greeted us at the rental, which was clean. There is a small market a 1 minute walk down the street which was perfect for preparing small meals. The apartment was in a great location...close enough to the action of the main strip but far enough away that it was quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Just spent 6 amazing days in Zvonimir’s great apartment. 4 adults slept very comfortably. Located 5 min walk to all the action of downtown Split. Great restaurants, shops and port. Easy access in/out of city to other sites. Great running trail only 2 min run to Marjan Hill. Apt was clean, modern and comfortable. Air con worked great. Very quiet and secluded, but minutes from all the action. Great bakery and mini market 5 sec walk away. Would stay here every time I visited Split. Thanks Zvonimir!

Wonderful apartment!
We had a great time in Zvonimir's apartment and already hope to go back sometime! The location was perfect - only took us under 10mins to walk to Diocletians Palace and also a very short walk to a lovely bakery, Marjan National Park and plenty of shops and facilities. Would definitely recommend staying here, the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Zvonimir was so helpful and available, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone
