We loved our stay here! Our group consisted of my husband & children, my parents, my brother & sister in law. We all had enough space to ourselves but could easily gather together to eat, play games & enjoy the pool. It was perfect for our needs. The games room was great, a pool table, air hockey & foosball all in great working condition. The neighborhood was peaceful so we could enjoy being outdoors at the pool. I would definitely book here again, I absolutely loved it.

This was a great house for a relaxing vacation. We had some minor issues, but they were resolved very quickly with the management company. They were prompt and more than fair! We had a great time. Location was okay-nothing special, nothing bad! It’s a drive to get to most of the towns, but since we planned to mostly relax, the location was fine for us. The heated pool was definitely a bonus! It was a chilly Christmas week so relaxing in the spa was magical.

This villa was perfect for a family getaway. The pool was beautiful and we spent most of our stay either swimming or out lounging on the patio furniture. The house was clean and comfortable. Every bedroom was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Our children enjoyed the game room and the adults spent a number of nights playing pool. The owner and management company were very responsive dealing with the tiny issues that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay at this villa in future.

We had such a great time staying here. The only issue we had was the spa timer did not work for us one of the nights. I called the property manager the next morning and no one returned my call. Other than that the stay was fantastic. Everything in the game room worked as it should. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house, wonderful pool area, spacious kitchen. Totally disappointed that the grill was a hot mess. Dirty caked on crudd. Some one needs to clean or replace it. Couldn't, wouldn't, shouldn't use it. Other than that everyone enjoyed the house. Would rent it again.

Everything was great, the house was clean smelled fresh, the children enjoyed the game room and pool. It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The only thing if I had to say anything the beds were great I just like a firmer mattress, but that’s really just my preference. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again. The host was very helpful in the email sent prior to our arrival.

- [ ] Battery for alarm system, wire is corroded right off. - [ ] Safe does not work - [ ] Master bedroom TV does not work - [ ] Coffee maker in pantry does not work and leaks - [ ] No tea towels or dish cloths - [ ] Very dusty, general cleanliness is poor - [ ] Blinds are broken and very dirty - [ ] No direction on how pool lights or jets for hot tub work - [ ] No bath mats in master bathroom others are old and dirty - [ ] Drive to Universal definitely not 40 -45 minutes. Bank on at a minimum 1 hour when no traffic - [ ] On hot days the temperature is not controllable. All blinds closed, temperature would not drop below 77 degrees. Difficult for sleeping especially in master bedroom.

This home is exactly as you see in the pictures, it was amazingly clean when we arrived. All bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is really well stocked. Fridge and freezer keep really cold which is a plus when it’s 100F outside. Pool was great and a perfect size, deepest end is 5ft which we appreciated. Less than a mile from Walmart and Winn-Dixie for groceries. Cannot recommend enough, definitely don’t pass up on this property. 5 *****

This property is nice and spacious. Encountered some minor issues. The game room was warmer than expected, but the temperature in the area at the time was hot. The internet went out (no fault of the owners) and there were uninvited guests that appeared in the pool. Again, no fault of the owners.

We stayed as a central location to travel in all locations for day trips during our stay. Plenty of towels and pool towels and very close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Check-In was easy and the information guide was very thorough.

Great location near theme parks, golf courses in gated community. The home and amenities provided everything we needed for our family of all ages. The young man from the property management company replacing the microwave was quick, efficient and friendly, as was everyone we dealt with for this stay. Enjoyed our time at this home very much and hope we have the pleasure of staying here again.

John was an excellent and very communicative host. Property was perfectly situated to visit Legoland and Peppa Pig. Pool was great in the afternoons, we enjoyed sitting outside. Plenty of room and amenities for a large group and children. The access to stroller and pack n play was so appreciated. We’d stay again!

This property worked perfectly for a central Florida location to get family together. We had plenty of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The questions/requests we had were answered and taken care of immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we felt very safe. It was convenient to groceries, etc..

This is a nice home in a great location! Correspondence with the owner was very good. We had a couple issues during the stay and both the owner and property manager were very responsive in taking care of these immediately. Nice neighborhood, gated community and quite. Good place for family!

Good stay with my husband and four granddaughters ages 7-4. Thank you John for letting us check in early! The girls absolutely loved pool which served as entertainment after long days at Legoland and other theme parks. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up quick meals. The house was clean on the surface, but my only reservation was the house was extremely dusty and bathroom rugs were visibly stained. All toilets also had black stains around the rims of toilet bowels. These flaws gave the house an unclean feel otherwise instead of a good good stay it would have been an excellent stay.

We found this property to be on par with others we have stayed at in the area. The property management came to our rescue quickly when we needed a door unlocked. Otherwise we did not have a need but based on that experience I am confident they would be responsive. The beds were comfortable and the supplies adequate. It would be nice to have a few more plastic cups, some additional larger bowls (we made salad in a lasagna pan) and maybe a pitcher for making tea. Overall a great place. We hope to stay again.
