This property has everything we wanted for a relaxing ocean front location. The attention to detail and communication by Brittany in every way from getting us from and to the airport and setting us up in our condo and everything in between was flawless.

We could not have been happier with this vacation! The condo was clean and had all of the space and essentials that we needed. The pool and beach areas were also perfectly maintained and provided such a relaxing environment! The property managers went above and beyond both before our stay and during our stay to make sure that we had the best experience! The hosts were the best. Available anytime. Very prompt when scheduling tours and the taxi. Condo was on the best and had the prettiest views. I highly recommend the property and it’s kid friendly as well.

Customer Service was a 5+. The place was very clean. I would recommend to anyone traveling to San Pedro. The apartment was very cool and refreshing from the AC. They provide plenty of linens. The location of the property is just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, which was great. The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. The condo unit was clean, well maintained and well appointed, we had no issues. Also there was a pier out into the ocean, so our dive company was able to pick us up and drop us off each day - saved on a golf cart rental. The hosts were easy to work with, available when needed, and had great communication during the entire process. They will also able pre-stock the unit with some supplies if you request them ahead of time. We will rent here again.

What a great condo! Clean, well stocked, GREAT location just north of the bridge, covered patio tucked in with pool and ocean view. Kimberly and Chad were top notch from the very beginning with booking, answering questions and unbelievably organized. We felt world class as they took care of everything!

Beautiful property ! Everything was clean and well kept. From start to finish Kimberly and Chad made our first time traveling to Belize so easy and worry free. They booked our Tropic air flights and had a golf cart waiting for us. i would highly recommend using them to book both. We were met at the airport and Kimberly drove us to the property pointing places out. The sargassum was not an issue because we had the pool. and a beautiful beach right there. It is in the perfect location, feels secluded but close to everything. Was able to see the stars at night. The condo had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was nice and quiet and everyone was very nice and courteous.

The property is as advertised. Chad and Kimberly were excellent. They answered any and all questions. The fridge was stocked with beverages when we arrived. We booked a golf cart, fishing trip and sunset sail trip through them also. Could not have asked for more.

Kimberly & Chad are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They set up everything for us, thank you both. The condo we stayed in was a beautiful unit close to the water. They even set us up a great fishing tour with Captain John Murray and we had a blast. Being a third world country, you need to be honest about issues that may arise. Everything on the island of Ambergris Caye must be shipped there, and as a result, groceries, laundry and fuel are at a premium, price wise. The thing to remember about Belize is this, The people are warm, loving and kind. They take pride in their history and their culture. The island is beautiful, the food outstanding and the water is turquoise and perfect. I must add this side note. Everyone on the island gets around on golf carts, so it's kinda like being in a NASCAR race on golf carts, crazy but super fun.

Excellent Accommodations and Service
Everything about the property and our stay was excellent. Kimberly and Chad communicated from the moment we booked the one bedroom unit. They arranged flights from the mainland to the island as well as arranging a golf cart for us.
They answered any and every question that we asked during our stay. They arranged for snorkeling and sunset cruise tours. When the boat from one company was damaged, they found another company that was just as accommodating. The refrigerator was stocked with the pop and beer that we requested. There is a well stocked store at within walking distance that we were able to get supplies for the days ahead. They arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our room when we arrived and to the airport upon our departure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Pedro.

Roomy Condo
We stayed at Bermuda Landings, right off the beach. It featured a spacious, fully equipped condo that was close to restaurants and shops. Chad picked us up at the airport and provided a local phone for our stay. He also made arrangements for our rental golf cart.
We would definitely come back and stay again at Bermuda Landings.

Kimberly and Chad were the best hosts and made the planning and trip smooth and carefree by arranging excursions, Tropic Air flights, and golf cart rental, met us at the airport. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for a peaceful relaxing stay yet close enough to the action in town for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

5 Star+ service for a fantastic stay
Kimberly is amazing. You get a full service concierge with this property which makes the planning and stay so easy. The property itself is spacious, clean, well maintained and you walk out the front door to one of the pools and then just out to the sandy beach area and dock. Kimberly booked our domestic flights out to Ambergris Caye, and booked our golf cart, all at rates below what I could have gotten myself. She and Chad also stocked our fridge with a case of Belikin and a case of soda at well below retail. Kimberly also books local tours for you and you then you pay all of that off your tab with them. They'll also meet you at the airport and take your luggage back to the airport to ensure all goes smoothly. The list goes on for how easy they made our stay. This place is much larger than I thought it would be....and, with the futon in the adjacent room that has it's own doors, you could easily fit 4 people although I think it lists as 3. This place is quiet and has such great access to fantastic restaurants just to the North and within about 2 minutes you're over the bridge and into San Pedro City. Thanks Kimberly and Chad....we had a fantastic time.

Kimberly was absolutely incredible with communication about all things Belize .. we were first timers to San Pedro and Kimberly and Chad did EVERYTHING to make sure we were comfortable and aware and stocked up with needs for our trip. The location was ideal for us because it was close to the southside with great food and local flair, also close enough to the northern route when I needed a cushy vanilla latte (Marbucks for the win!) The convenience of staying here was really evident when it came to logistics , Chad met us at the airport, arranged for all the transports and even went with us to get our golf cart. They were perfect island hosts A+++++++ WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ♥♥♥♥

Great Waterfront Lodging Near San Pedro
For our first visit to Belize, we did a lot of research for the experience we wanted ... Ambergris Caye was an easy choice for us because we wanted the island but also local culture and cuisine. Next, we had to decide which part ... we chose north of the bridge for a little slower pace but still convenient to San Pedro. After considering a number of places, we chose the Landings at Tres Cocos for a few reasons. The location is great (near town), it is right on the water with its own pier, nice facility overall, and our room was great (Landings 4). Honestly, the tiebreaker was all the great things we read about the hosts, Chad and Kimberly ... and we were not disappointed. From answering numerous questions beforehand, to arranging our Tropic Air flights to/from Belize City, picking us up from the San Pedro airport and dropping us off, as well as arranging for our golf cart rental (highly recommended) ... they just made everything so easy that we were able to spend all our time enjoying our trip.

Great place to stay!
I chose this place because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint. Kimberly and Chad are great hosts and are there for anything you need. The unit was exactly as described and photos are accurate as in the listing. The rooms were very clean, the king bed was very comfortable, lots of towels and linens, they have dish soap, hand soap, some bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels. The added extras they offer you are above and beyond anywhere we’ve ever been.
They have cold drinks already in your fridge when you get there, they pick you up at the airport, if you’re going to get a cart they take you over there, they take your luggage to your room, they have a phone that you can use while on the island, they will handle all your tours so you only have one bill when you leave. The pools are great, and if you dive they pick you up right at the dock in front of the building. They have many suggestions for restaurants, tours and just about anything else you need to know. When you leave if you had a cart they take you to the cart place and they drop your luggage off at the airport and they get your tickets for you. There was not one thing in the listing or that Kimberly said she would do that they did not do, everything was great. Hope to return soon to Bermuda landings.

This condo was perfect for us. It was exactly as advertised. Kimberly and Chad were so helpful and were great hosts. They had our drink choices cooling in our fridge. Chad picked us up at the airport, which is so nice when you are tired and hot and just want to get to your place. The pool was clean and beautiful and looked out to the ocean. For us, the location just slightly past the bridge to the north side was ideal. We will stay here again.
