Convenient, well equipped , clean

Only minor issue is hand-wash basin in shower room not toolet

The location is good with close access to shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was nice with the area for children and life guarded at all times. The camping site contained two playgrounds largely enjoyed by our little ones.

I never encountered such a rude host: I) Booked our family trip 3 days before, within 1 hour received a rude email saying that if I don't provide documents and €750 deposit shortly 'there is no need to come'. II) Host sent us an email with cleaning instructions that clearly specified what needs to be done to avoid €80 cleaning charge - this included disposal of mattress covers which we did as instructed - host sent third party that confirmed all was 'OK' at our departure - shortly after departure host then message us claiming that mattress covers disposed were not single use and deducted €80 from our deposit!!! The covers disposed were single used and there was no other specification/instruction provided to do otherwise - I then spent hours with my bank trying to claim the money back without any success. Very misleading and rude person. III) The beds are uncomfy (standard, worn out camping beds) and the property was not fully cleaned. IV) When I contacted the host to confirm our departure time to sign off the inventory, they replied to me in a rude way stating they cannot deal with that as they are 500km away and directed me to the local third party who did not speak any English at all - very stressful experience.
