Das Häuschen liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier, die Zufahrt über das elektrische Tor ist gut zu finden und der Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus ist sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und freundlich, die Küche sehr gut zu gebrauchen. Ebenso das Badezimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die überaus nette Vermieter Familie. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Unterkunft war phantastisch. Die Inneneinrichtung sehr stilvoll. Die Küche sehr modern, mit allem was man braucht. Im Garten zu sein war sehr entspannend und den Pool haben wir auch sehr genossen.

Une petite maison bien aménagée avec un coin terrasse salon très appréciable sans vis à vis. Et l’accès direct à la piscine. Plage de galet a 1km. Quartier résidentiel. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller aux plages de sable. Magasin proxi au bout de la rue avec coin boulangerie bien pratique.

Superbe séjour. Location méritant ses 4 étoiles. Très propre, bien agencé, bien équipé, spacieux et bien décoré. Bien situé, 1,4km à pied de la plage. 3km du centre d antibes. Hôtes aux petits soins, très soucieux des mesures anti-covid, personnes très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons.

Südliche Gastfreundschaft
Trotz Covid konnten wir die Tage bei Céline den Umständen entsprechend gut genießen. Alle Hygienerichtlinien wurden eingehalten und sogar Desinfektionsmittel wurde bereit gestellt. Nachhaltigkeit ist für die Vermieterin kein bloßes Schlagwort, denn auch auf Mülltrennung wird großen Wert gelegt.
Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut und unsere Fragen wurden allesamt rasch beantwortet.
Das Häuschen selbst liegt als abgeschlossener Anbau zum Haupthaus nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zu notwendigen Versorgungszentren. Der Platz vorm Haus ist eher klein ausgefallen, jedoch ausreichend auch für mehrere Liegen. Der Parkplatz ist groß genug, sodass man auch ohne Probleme reversieren konnte. Das einzige wirkliche Manko für uns war anfangs das ständige Geräusch der laufenden Pool-Pumpe, das man im Außenbereich doch merklich wahrnehmen konnte. Ansonsten war es aber sehr ruhig und angenehm!
Die Einrichtung ist einfach und geschmackvoll. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut sortiert mit mehreren versch. Kaffeeautomaten. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen.
Alles in allem ergibt sich in Summe ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das wir als Paket so getrost weiterempfehlen können!

Super pied à terre à Antibes
Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire, Céline, qui est très serviable et de bon conseil. La petite maison est très bien aménagée, décorée et équipée. Nous avions même quelques boissons et grignotage à l’arrivée. La piscine était malheureusement hors d’usage car nous y étions fin octobre mais elle doit être agréable l’été. Merci à Celine, Christophe et Thibault pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, nous espérons revenir très bientôt !

Sehr schönes Objekt und nette Vermieterin
Das Objekt ist gut zu finden und der Kontakt mit Celine klappte gut. Schön ist der von der Straße abgeschlossene Stellplatz. Der Schlafbereich ist dunkel und ruhig, der Wohnbereich dagegen durch viele Fenster hell gestaltet. Ein Minimarkt und Bäcker sind in 5Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Poolbereich sieht sehr sauber aus, war aber aufgrund der Temperatur im Oktober nicht wirklich nutzbar.

Schöner Urlaub in Antibes
Schönes Appartement im Nebenhaus zusammen auf einem Grundstück mit den Eigentümern. Celine spricht sehr gut Englisch. Es hat für uns soweit alles gepasst. Das Auto haben wir an der Straße geparkt, auf dem Grundstück ist es doch recht eng und man musste immer rückwärts die lange sehr enge Auffahrt hinunterfahren. Da war das Parken an der ruhigen Wohnstraße direkt vor dem Grundstück sehr viel angenehmer. Ein kleiner Minimarkt ist in 300 m ganz schnell erreichbar, hier gibt es auch Baguette. Ein richtiger Supermarkt und diverse Bäcker sind in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand sollte man nicht unbedingt zu Fuß gehen. Der Weg (mind. 30 min!) führt durch nicht sehr ansprechende Straßen und direkt an der großen Hauptstraße entlang. Der Strand dort besteht aus Kieselsteinen und liegt direkt an einer großen Straße samt Eisenbahntrasse. Da sind die feinen Sandstrände in Richtung Cap Antibes sehr viel netter und auch in 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz haben wir dort immer gefunden. Der Strand direkt an der Croisette in Cannes ist sehr zu empfehlen. Glasklares Wasser und ein riesen Parkhaus. Das Parkhaus heißt Parking Roseraie/Croisette und ist für Cannes wirklich sehr erschwinglich! Wir würden dort immer wieder parken in Cannes.
Wir hatten leider mit den Mücken zu kämpfen. Abends und auch am Tag wurde man auf der Terrasse geradezu überfallen ohne Anti-Mücken-Spray. Auch im Schlafzimmer hatten wir jede Nacht das "Vergnügen" auf Mückenjagd zu gehen aufgrund der fehlenden Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Ist hier wohl nicht so üblich mit Mückengittern.
Alles in Allem aber ein schöner Urlaub in Frankreich. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

Toute la famille est tellement gentille. Notre fille s'est régalée et Thibault a été si gentil avec elle.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Toute la famille est adorable et très accueillante. Petit clin d'oeil à Thibault qui a été adorable avec notre fils.
La piscine est parfaite et très bien sécurisée.
Le fait qu'il y ait la climatisation est un gros plus.
La maisonnette est très bien équipée on ne manque de rien et toute la famille est au petit soins pour nous.
Nous avions un pincement au cœur en partant.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Céline, l'équipement est très complet, le living est spacieux et agréable à vivre, la terrasse, bien aménagée permet de déjeuner dehors avec plaisir, quant à la literie, elle permet un bon sommeil, nous avons aussi aimé la SDB qui a beaucoup de rangements...et quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter de la piscine !

Perfect stay in Antibes
The property was well equipped with everything you would need. Lovely bungalow, even though close to main house we never felt any lack of privacy. Secure off street parking for our hire car. Supermarket, train station and beach and town centre all within 10 minutes drive. Absolutely stunning part of France! Would definitely return, Thank you Céline and Christophe.

Just spent 2 brilliant weeks in this very clean, modern and peaceful accommodation.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful, cleany house with perfect furnishings and a lovely terrasse with oleander and palms...and the refreshing pool.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and welcome us with a bottle of wine.
We enjoyed our vacations very much and made trips to Monaco, Nice, Grasse, Cannes, St. Tropez etc....Antibes is very nice.The nearest beach with sand we reached by car in ten minutes.
