New bedding, new duvets, new dishwasher, new stove, new microwave. Small chalet ideal for 1 couple or with 1 Child. MULTIPASS MEMBERSHIP. Storage in the garage for shoes and ski. Perfect location and amenities for a ski holiday, a short walk across the bridge to the main area of town and lifts.
Property was as described, compact and great value. Hosts responsive and helpful.

This property is a perfect little chalet for 2/3 adults or a small family. The location is great for skiing, with the super Morzine lift just across the bridge, and all the facilities of Morzine within walking distance.
The only minor issue was communication with the owner, as she doesn't speak English, but we easily overcame this by using translation apps, on our phones.
We will definitely return to this chalet.

Property is authentic and small but was ideal for the 3 of us. Well equipped with everything we needed except a bath plug!

The location of this accommodation and what it offers is brilliant for the rate. A 15 min walk in ski boots with all equipment for a day in the slopes. Every day we got back it was warm. Only thing I would say is take a plug for the bath and sink if you don’t want to use the dishwasher.

This is a brilliant property for a couple. The photos really do not do this lovely chalet justice. It is in a great location, with a private balcony with a mountain view. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful.

We loved this little house, the photographs don’t really do it justice. More spacious than we thought and perfect for 2 or even 3 people. Detached so no noise from neighbours. Great garage space to put our car in all week and to store skis. Very good location. Also a fab terrace to sit when the sun is out, especially in the afternoon or when back from the slopes.
The ski bus stops literally at the bottom of the driveway or to reach the Super Morzine bubble and Morzine centre, it is a short walk over the suspension foot bridge.
The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The only slight negative was that there was no plug for the bath. Can’t really use a bath without a plug! We usually try specifically to rent a place with a bath ( a good soak is welcome after a day on the slopes )
I mentioned this to the host but there was no offer to get one for us so we had to go and find a hardware shop to purchase our own!
Otherwise we cannot find fault with this lovely little house

We had a great time in this little chalet, perfect for us (two adults) we used the second bedroom for suitcases and storage, Skis and snowboards can be left in the garage downstairs and its a very short walk over the bridge to the cable car! recommended bring your own towels.

A really great location with a very short walk to town/ski lifts. The chalet is (very) small as described but comfortable for 3. There is not much wardrobe or cupboard space for storing clothes. Kitchen whilst basic has everything you need. The owners were perfect with all communications and available as needed.

Great property with everything you need for a week. Garage for car and skis was really useful. 5 mins walk from bus stop to Ardent, Super Morzine lift and only 10 mins walk to supermarket.
Space for 4 adults with plenty of hanging room for kit. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking things.

very pleasant place to stay

Nice chalet and location. BUt not impressed with Homeaway who asked for my card details and then tried to pressurise me to settle the fees including a demand for a very high rate of services fee which the property owner told me it was too high and that I should never give out details of my card. this has discouraged me to go through an agent in future.
