About this house rental
This idyllic property is located only 1.5 hours south of Perth and 30 minutes north of Bunbury making it the perfect location for your next beach getaway. Costeño Beach House is a 3x bedroom, 1x bathroom property that more than comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, both other bedrooms have double beds. All beds come freshly made with all linen and bedding, you only need to bring your own bath and beach towels with you. The newly renovated kitchen is fully self-contained with all modern appliances and everything else you may need to cook up feast during your stay. Even better if you’re here during our gorgeous summer months you can make the most of the outdoor patio and light up the BBQ and dine alfresco whilst watching the sun set. If it does get a little bit chilly you can also take advantage of the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. The property is completely child and pet friendly. The back yard is fully fenced with plenty of room and grassed area to run around. There is secure parking in the single carport for one vehicle or there is also a second driveway access into the back yard so there is plenty of room if you wish to boat along with you. Binningup beach is a popular holiday destination with the lively natural reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months. Or if you prefer to bring the clubs, Binningup is well known for its stunning 9 hole golf course. Binningups general store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVD’s, magazines and takeaway food. Or if you prefer a meal out the Fishing Club is open Thursday and Friday nights which is located at the main beach foreshore with the pirate ship playground for the kids. All in all this little gem has everything to make your next Binningup holiday something special. What are you waiting for?

House was really well presented and very comfortable with everything laid on. The only thing the air-conditioner vents did not open when you operate the machine. Otherwise even yours is great. Thank you for a nice day

Fantastic place to stay, very clean with everything you need. So close to beach and fully enclosed yard for the dogs. Would stay here again. Renee was great and easy to liaise with about our stay.

Property cleanliness had declined since last stay. All amenities were provided and appropriate for the property. It is perhaps time for a deep clean as there were many cobwebs and built up grease and dust in corners and behind doors. The old lounge is definitely in need of a professional clean or replacement as the lingering odours were unpleasant. It’s still a lovely little property and would stay again, I just think it’s time for a good scrub from top to bottom.

The property has a generous back garden, it was very nice sitting outside under the veranda enjoying the fresh breeze. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Toilet/bathroom was fine but BYO toiletries. A bit of a drainy smell from laundry. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, although some of the cutlery, crockery and pans were somewhat greasy. We cleaned up the items we wanted to use. Otherwise everything was clean and fresh. We recommend this property.

This was our first experience and we are happy, highlight sipping on our coffee from the crooked carrot only 8km up the road while sitting in the lounge in frount of a big widow watching the sunrise! Prime positions

The house needs maintenance issues sorted once thats done it will be good.
The BBQ was disgusting
A few things in the kitchen could be replaced like the cooking trays and utensils.
Overall it was still nice to get away

The house has a good set up and is in a quiet location. We easily walked to the beach every morning during our stay and enjoyed relaxing around Binningup. It's a short drive to Treendale or Australind for supplies if you can't find what you need at the local little store.

The house has a good set up and is in a quiet location. We easily walked to the beach every morning during our stay and enjoyed relaxing around Binningup. It's a short drive to Treendale or Australind for supplies if you can't find what you need at the local little store.

The property was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a short break. The garden is safe for medium to large dogs (smaller dogs might be able to squeeze between one of the sets of gates). The road up to the house is very steep, but no problem for us as we have a very steep drive! A nice quiet location for a relaxing break. The dogs enjoyed the beach (the sea stole one tennis ball!). We would definitely return again.

Xmas getaway
Excellent property when staying away with pets. Great fencing. Cleanliness a little lacking. Lots of dust and cobwebs but for a beach stay with pets, one would not expect it to sparkle. Two out of three bedrooms had a fan, the third really needed one and we weren’t able to use that room as it was too hot. Hanging space for clothes in only one room.

The house is absolutely lovely, only downside was the kitchen sink doesn’t drain properly, apart from this it was a lovely stay.
