It's very large and comfy, sleeps 12 and is more suited to families/friends with kids and big groups. Down a set of stairs, under the rear of the house are rooms 4 and 5, the second bathroom and laundry leading to the back patio and BBQ. Minimin bookings include rooms 1,2 and 3 (6 Guests) and you can add up to an extra 6 guests in rooms 4 and 5 for an additional $70 per bed/night. Common spaces include the large comfortable lounge room/TV room with A/C & gas log heater, large kitchen with a table and everything you need for entertaining or putting together a meal for your family and friends, living/dining room with a large extending table that sits 10, with a split system air conditioning and a working wood fire (wood not supplied), laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board, patio area/back yard with outdoor settings and gas BBQ ready to go, and a secure roller door carport with EV Charger.
