Vacances merveilleuses dans villa de rêve. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille.
La location de la maison était impeccable. L'équipement, la situation ainsi que la sympathie et la disponibilité du propriétaire nous laisseront un souvenir inoubliable de ce bel endroit. Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir et visiter quelques endroits magnifiques d'Andalousie, avec chaque fois le plaisir du retour au calme pour nous ressourcer au bord de la belle piscine de la villa, que du bonheur!!!

We booked the house because of splendid reviews, nice-looking at pictures and the proximity to the Lew Hoad Tennis Club. It was jack-pot on all levels. The house is very nice with the traditional atmosphere inside, although we spent 95% of our time awake outside since the pool area and the yard was most inviting and a bliss during the warmth of the day. You are very private outdoors with no eyesight of neighbors or passers by, even though there are houses close by. If you seek the sun you will have it all day and a beautiful evening sun at the patio by night. You can also find shadow at the patio, reading a good book and slip in to the pool when needed. The view is fantastic and the area (urbanization) is calm with a classy ambience of something that has been there for a couple of decades. You do need a car, unless you are Ok with bus transportations (the local bus stop some 300 m down the hill), to get to grocery stores and stuff. Our son took a walk down to the beach in Fuengirola but that was hard 75 min walk on winding pathways and a few daring crosses of heavily trafficked roads. A few winding curves up the mountainside you will have the lovely village Mijas which is worth a visit for dining.
Max is a very nice host that will be around for help anytime, and gives good advice on places to see and go. Thanks for the advice on El Chorro and the Setenil de las Bodegas!
We played tennis at the club almost every morning, they also had a small gym which will satisfy most people who might get the urge to stay in shape between the lazy days in the pool. They were very hospitable and we enjoyed just to have the 100 m walk down to the club.
I will give my warmest recommendations on this house and we´d love to come back!

Un casa de relax
La casa es enorme, tiene 3 habitaciones, una enorme, otra media y la otra un poco mas pequeña, pero estan bien equipadas. La casa tiene bastante equipamiento. Es una casa que le da todo el día el sol, con lo cual anima a darse un baño en la piscina que es fantástica. No se escucha nada, es una casa muy silenciosa, con lo cual es ideal para desconectar y descansar. Muy cerca de centro comerciales por si se tiene la necesidad de ir a comprar algo.

Lovely villa that has everything you need
A lovely traditional villa with a very clean, well maintained large pool in the courtyard, which can be accessed from all rooms. The villa had everything we needed to make our holiday one to remember. It is in a perfect position, 5 minutes in the car from the exceptional Mijas Pueblo or 5 minutes from the seaside resorts. The owner was extremely helpful but only when we needed him. Highly recommended.

Prachtig compleet huis met geweldig zwembad, privacy en mooi uitzicht
Met 4 volwassenen hebben wij meer dan genoten in en rondom dit geweldig huis.
Een mooi groot zwembad en een groot overdekt buitenterras. Binnen compleet. Eigenlijk zijn er geen minpunten op te noemen.
Massimo is zeer behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Tourist information bezoeken is niet nodig. Hij woont al 20 jaar in deze omgeving en geeft desgevraagd tips over wat er in de directe omgeving te doen is.
Bij een volgend bezoek aan Andalusië gaan wij weer voor deze locatie!

La casa es muy agradable sobre todo la zona de la piscina, porche y jardin. Entorno muy bien cuidado por Massimo, siempre atento a que todo estuviera de nuestro agrado. Muy completo el menaje y utensilios de cocina. Casa de entorno silencioso bien situada en cuanto al acceso a la autopista lo que facilita las excursiones a cualquier parte del entorno.

Très belle maison avec grande piscine et un beau jardin et superbe vue
Maison très bien disposée, une belle suite parentale avec sa salle de bain privée, deux belles chambres avec salle de bain commune, une grande salle à manger un beau salon agréable et une cuisine Andalouse. Rien ne manque. Magnifique piscine avec grande terrasse et jardin ombragé et une très belle vue. Maison très bien situé et au calme et en plus parking fermé pour les voitures. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et Massimo le propriétaire est très discret, et d'une grande gentillesse et à notre écoute. Nous y retournerons. Nous recommanderons vivement cette maison à nos amis.

The villa was just right for our needs: excellent large pool and outdoor space (including a table tennis table) well linked to the spacious interior living space, good parking available, wifi internet access (not overly fast but perfectly good for our needs), nicely air conditioned bedrooms with one shower and one over-bath shower, and overall a peaceful and private location.
The easy access to the main highway made getting out and about to various attractions easy and fast (e.g. nearby places such as Aqualand and the Crocodile Park in Torremolinos, cable car and marina/dolphinarium in Benalmadena, mini golf and Sohail castle in Fuengirola, and further afield to Gibraltar to the west and Cuevas del Tesoro or even the Alhambra to the east).
It was equally easy to drive the 4-5km down into Fuengirola for various restaurants and beaches, as well as to stop at one of the various supermarkets in that direction to stock up on essential supplies.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Massimo was quick to respond if we had a question whilst otherwise leaving us to enjoy our vacation.

Perfekter Urlaub
Aus Zeitmangel fasse ich mich kurz: Wunderschönes Haus, vor allem der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Aussicht ist herrlich. Die Lage ebenso sehr gut, es ist ruhig und abgeschieden, aber man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in Fuengirola mit alllen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand.
Massimo ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber der sehr auf Diskretion bedacht ist. Wenn man ihn nicht braucht bekommt man nichts von ihm mit. Wenn man ihn braucht ist er wahnsinnig bemüht.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.
Als Wertung kommt für uns daher nur fünf Sterne in Frage.

Nuestras vacaciones – muy bonitas
Auch heuer verbrachten wir drei wunderschöne Wochen bei Massimo in der "villa rustica". Das schöne, gepflegte Haus, der große, immer saubere Pool und der nette, sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Mieter sorgende Besitzer, sind Garant dafür, dort wunderbare Urlaube zu verbringen.
Wir hoffen, auch 2016 wieder einige Wochen bei Massimo Urlaub machen zu können!

Massimo is a great host! Always available for informations and gave us good recomendations. The house is beautiful, well located and very useful as we were traveling with 2 young adults, they had their own place and bathroom. The kitchen is complete and the grocery is about 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay, the good air of the mountains, the view and the sea at 15 minutes by car. Espagna is a great country too with many beautiful things to visit.

Wunderschön, gepflegt, geräumig – TOP Eigentümer
Wir verbrachten unseren Familienurlaub von drei Wochen in diesem herrlichen Haus mit traumhaftem Pool und schönem Garten. Unser jüngstes Familienmitglied, 14 Monate alt, genoss den Aufenthalt ebenso, wie wir Erwachsenen. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Den Pool betreute Massimo, der Besitz, selbst – daher war das Wasser immer sauber und von guter Qualität. Auch sonst war er sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und fragte immer, ob alles in Ordnung sei, oder ob wir etwas bräuchten.
Des Kindes wegen konnten wir nicht viele Exkursionen unternehmen, doch Sevilla und die Alhambra waren eine Notwendigkeit und wie schon so oft ein Highlight.
Vielen Dank Massimo, wir kommen wieder!

We stayed there for 2 weeks between 16-05 and 30-05-2014. We were six people together with a small child.
The villa is located in a wonderful area, extremely quiet, and privacy is guaranteed. The rooms are all very nice and cosy and equipped with an air conditioning unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the number of plates, glasses, etc... is just great. Furnitures are really authentic and you can clearly feel that the owner has not looked at cheap investments at all.
The pool area is just fantastic and very well maintained. The terrasse has great lights which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is also very well maintained
Regarding the owner, Massimo is just great. He ensures that visitors are fully satisfied. He carefully listens to people which is great.
To summarise, we are all looking forward to returning to this place as I was really impressed by the accuracy of the description. We cannot wait until next year to return to this wonderful holiday place.
