Es fehlte an nichts in diesem Appartement! Liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack. Ruhige Lage. Jederzeit wieder.

Wohlfühlwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr einladend, gemütlich, gut geschnitten und toll ausgestattet eingerichtet, so dass wir eine wunderbar erholsame Basis für unsere Ausflüge hatten. Durch die Lage auf dem Berg ist die Wohnung abseits des touristischen Trubels von Cassis und perfekt geeignet für Menschen, die eine ruhige Umgebung suchen. Klar ist, dass man ein Auto benötigt und fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants erreichen kann. Aber das haben wir für die Ruhe und das Klima am Berg gern in Kauf genommen. Im Nachbarort Carnoux, der von der Residenz aus mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist, sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben.
Durch den Balkon der Wohnung, auf dem man Morgensonne beim Frühstück genießen kann, hat man nachmittags und am Abend die Möglichkeit auch bei höheren Temperaturen im Schatten draußen zu sitzen.
Was uns ganz besonders beeindruckt hat war die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Weder fehlte es an Inventar, noch an Artikeln, die sehr häufig in Ferienwohnungen nicht vorhanden sind. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Handseifen, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze etc.: Alles war vorhanden, so dass wir für unseren Urlaub diesbezüglich nichts kaufen mussten. Die Gastfreundschaft von Martine war außerordentlich. Uns erwartete sogar eine liebevoll gefüllte Geschenktüte mit Accessoires der Region, ein frischer Rosenstrauß und zusätzlich eine gute Flasche Cassis-Wein, Wasser, Oliven, Tomatenaufstrich und Cracker. So willkommen geheißen, haben wir uns sofort heimisch und wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Martine war wunderbar. Durch den früheren Auszug der Vormieter und das Engagement von Martine die Wohnung sofort zu reinigen, ermöglichte sie uns auf unsere Anfrage hin auch einen früheren Einzug am Anreisetag als offiziell vereinbart. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung bedingungslos für jeden, der gerne einen ruhigen Ausgangspunkt in seinem Urlaub sucht!

Bel appartement très bien équipé et bien situé sur les hauteurs de Cassis à proximité d’un parking avec navette pour le centre ville. Un grand merci à notre hôte Martine pour son accueil, ses conseils précieux et ses petites attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir, une belle personne toujours à l’écoute afin de nous satisfaire. La région est magnifique, de belles excursions vers les calanques pour les amateurs de marche.
Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette appartement pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner sur Cassis.

Studio très agréable et très propre
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs de cassis.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec des cadeaux de bienvenue et l'appartement est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez comme chez vous.
Il est idéalement placé pour faire les calanques à pied et en bateau. Marseille est tout proche également .
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

Propriété calme et bien entretenue. Le logement offre un confort optimal car bien aménagé d’une propreté irréprochable. Rien n’y manque au contraire l’hôtesse tient à ce que les locataires trouvent tout à leur arrivée. Merci encore. Ceux qui hésitent encore, et bien foncez !!

Die Wohnung war sauber, warm (wir waren im Winter in Cassis) und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Séjour parfait et belle parenthèse méditerranéenne
Nous avons fait plus de 1100 kms en voiture du nord au sud pour passer une semaine à Cassis. Notre séjour a tellement été à la hauteur de nos attentes que cela vaut vraiment la peine de prendre quelques minutes pour décrire ce que nous avons le plus apprécié et pour vous dire : ALLEZ Y SANS HESITER ! L'appartement est TRES confortable et vraiment pratique a vivre. il est bien agencé et insonorisé. La déco est soignée et pour l'équipement, rien ne nous a manqué. Mention spéciale pour le balcon sur lequel vous pouvez prendre vos repas (fin octobre, période de notre séjour, c'était vraiment agréable d'y déjeuner). Situé au 1er étage (avec ascenseur), dans une résidence très calme, il est très facile d'accéder au site lorsque vous êtes véhiculé. Pour le parking, il y a toujours de la place (nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser le garage réservé au sous-sol). La "cerise sur le gâteau" est sans hésiter l'accueil de Martine, la propriétaire. Dès la confirmation de la réservation, tout est pensé pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous avons reçu un document détaillant tout les aspects pratiques lié à l'appartement mais aussi des conseils pour les courses, les visites, etc. Dans l'appartement une carte et des guides mis à dispositions nous ont été très utiles pour préparer nos randonnées dans le parc national des Calanques (un must !). Le fait de ne pas être dans le centre de Cassis a été pour nous un avantage pour rejoindre les départs des circuits, faire une escapade à Marseille, voir même en ce qui nous concerne, visiter l'arrière pays le temps d'une journée. Vous l'avez compris, nous avons adoré cet endroit pour son confort, sa situation et pour sa propriétaire vraiment attentionnée et ça, nous tenions vraiment à le souligner.

Ein perfekter Startpunkt für sämtliche Unternehmungen in Cassis und den Calanques. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und extrem gemütlich. Wir erlebten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang mit tollen Blumengesteck und Produkten der Region. Wir waren stark beeindruckt, von der Fülle der Nahrungsmittel, welche wir in der Küche vorgefunden haben. Martine war immer erreichbar, hatte tolle Tipps und war sehr, sehr nett. Vielen Dank für die unbeschwerte Tage.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances inoubliables. L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût, très propre, il reflète à 100% les photos et la description. Martine est une hôte vraiment aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Cela se fait rare de nos jours. Elle ne laisse rien au hasard, tout est pensé pour bien démarrer le séjour.
La résidence est au calme par rapport à la vie trépidante de Cassis tout en y étant très proche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans l'appartement de Martine et Gérard.
Superbe région, tant par son climat ensoleillé que ses paysages magnifiques.
Au plaisir Martine de vous revoir très vite et encore merci pour toutes ces petites attentions et le cadeau de bienvenue.

Location vraiment au top dans un endroit au calme à Cassis loin de la circulation et du bruit de la ville. La proximité des navettes pour atteindre le centre ville de Cassis est un vrai plus, le stationnement à Cassis étant un vrai casse tête !
Mention spéciale à la propriétaire pour son sens de l'accueil, on se sent rapidement chez soi. Nous ne pouvons que recommander, les yeux fermés, cette location. Pour notre part, si l'occasion s'en présente nous n'hésiterons pas pour reprendre l'appartement !

Grace aux indications précises et très détaillés de Martine nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour notre installation. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit unseren 2 Kindern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hatte sogar ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk für uns vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Cassis ist sehr schön und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sonne über Cassis
Eine sehr schöne , gepflegte und groß dimensionierte Wohnung , die alles enthält, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Auch Bett und Schlafsofa waren - was in Frankreich durchaus nicht üblich ist - hervorragend. Und natürlich gibt es ein wunderschönes Umfeld, wobei wegen der Lage des Objekts ein Fahrzeug erforderlich ist. Wir haben sehr erholsame drei Wochen hier verbracht. Vielen Dank an die freundliche Vermieterin!

In dieser Wohnung muss man sich wohlfühlen. Toll eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten und einen Balkon auf dem man den Abend genießen kann. L’appartement correspond bien à la description.La propriétaire nous avait déposé sur la table une petite touche d’accueil avec un mot qui reflète tout à fait son côté chaleureux .La propriétaire a même mis à disposition des bâtons de marche , elle pense à tout , on sent qu’elle y met tout son cœur pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien et ne manquent de rien .

Ruim en gezellig ingericht appartement voorzien van alle comfort. Het voldeed boven al onze verwachtingen. Het is gelegen in een residentiële wijk gebouwd op een plateau dat boven het idyllische en pittoreske Cassis uitsteekt. Bij het uitlaten van onze hond werden dan ook telkens getrakteerd op mooie landschapstaferelen zoals de zee, het beschermd natuurgebied (Parc des Calanques) en de voorgebergtes. Onderaan de wijk ligt de gratis parking Les Gorguettes. Aldaar heb je vlotte busverbindingen naar het centrum (80 cent) waar parkeren een hel is.Iets verderop langs de D41E (Avenue de Carnoux - halte Ferme Blanche) heb je ook een busverbinding M8 naar Marseille (2 euro). Bezit van een auto is wel een must. Er is voldoende parking in de residentie. Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf. Een aanrader voor koppels!
