We are delighted to offer you a private three story (3500 sq ft) mountain home with stunning year round panoramic views. Large outdoor deck, fireplace, ping pong table, air hockey, Internet, Roku w/ Sling TV, board games and toys. Fully stocked with loads of baby gear, kitchen and household supplies. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 – 2 queen beds (upper floor) Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed (main floor) Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds (main floor) Bedroom 4- 1 queen bed (ground floor) Loft – 1 queen futon Air Mattress available BATHROOMS 3 full bathrooms. 1 full bath located on each floor, master bedroom has an en-suite w a jetted tub. DINING SPACE Seating for 12 people. Dining table, extra chairs provided. DEC HOLIDAYS The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made. FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more. BABY/KID GEAR Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, baby swing, exersaucer, toys, board games, game console. TV’s 2 flat screen TV’s, and 1 35” TV with Roku and Sling TV. OUR LOCATION The high country of Barnardsville and Weaverville are known for their farm lands, plush rolling hills and wide open valleys. You get the luxury of seclusion while still having the convenience of shopping and dining close by. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant. Nearby is the quaint town of Weaverville where you can shop or dine at Soba, The Glass Onion, Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza or Mike's Main Street Grill. Also available is the bustling Well Bred Bakery where you can taste the Sunday morning cinnamon buns. Outside the town there is an Ingles, Publix, Aldi, 24-hour gym, Walmart, fast food, and more!! Our opinion- It's the best darn spot in the entire area! The home worked very well for my family get together. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and communication with Cam was easy. I wish the game tables had been in a warmer spot - it was cold and damp when we were there so didn’t get to use them.

The property was beautiful and the perfect size for our family. However. I should have done more research. It was a little farther away from our activities and the drive was up the mountain was not for the faint of heart. It was a wonderful time!

It’s a great place for a little gateway. Very beautiful views and plenty of games for the kids to play inside in the house and in the garage. The property manager also was very responsive. It is quite steep and narrow road and driveway to the house. We were not impacted but if there was snow or ice, I couldn’t see it how we would have been able to make it. Overall, a great stay and nice place for family vacation!

Had a great time in Ashville our first trip. Rented e bikes and had dinner at OMNI resort and went to Mount Mitchell to see beautiful fall color along Blue Ridge Parkway.

The house is lovely. Our group included 2 ten year old girls, grandma, and mom & dad. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. The view is beautiful and the night sky is full of stars. Our focus was visiting Asheville; once we were out for the day we stayed out until after dinner. We did not cook in the house; there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen. This is a perfect house for a large group of people.

The house is lovely. Our group included 2 ten year old girls, grandma, and mom & dad. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. The view is beautiful and the night sky is full of stars. Our focus was visiting Asheville; once we were out for the day we stayed out until after dinner. We did not cook in the house; there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen. This is a perfect house for a large group of people.

We are grateful for family time together spent at Glenridge Falls.
Definitely plan to arrive for the first time before dark; this is the mountains, after all, and the roads are narrow, steep, and curvy. Once you enter the subdivision it is a one lane road, and gravel as you approach the house. That said, the views the next morning from the deck, and even inside, were lovely!
There was ample space to accommodate our family of nine. We enjoyed ping pong tournaments and our grandchildren loved playing with the basket of stuffed animals. The whole family appreciated the availability of Roku and internet access.
The downstairs bedroom and bath are heated, but you have to cross through the unheated garage/ game room/laundry area to access the main living areas. Bring slippers! That floor is cold. However, the living room has a gas-log fireplace which added a toasty ambience in the evenings.
There is easy access to Weaverville (we enjoyed Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza, and the Well-Bred Bakery), Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were able to hike several local trails. Though the weather was chilly (highs in the 40s) we had no snow and the roads remained clear.
The owners responded quickly to a couple of small questions we had. Thank you, Cam, for allowing us to use your house for our family gathering this Thanksgiving!

Perfect house and mountain views
The house was perfect for our gathering of 5 friends. There was enough space and comfort for everyone. The views are amazing and the house had everything that we needed. Camille was super quick to respond to the one question I had. This house is a great option if you'd like to be in the mountains, but not too far away from town.

We enjoyed our stay and the host responded in a short timeframe when needed. Just be aware that if it snows the access is steep and unless you have a four wheel you might have an issue but the view is nice and it is very peaceful.

Property was as listed. Plenty of room with all items that we needed. Parking for several vehicles was slightly difficult due to steep driveway. Was convenient to most tourist areas. We enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay at the property, the view from the deck will have you sitting there all day. Grocery store is about 15-20 mins away as well as Asheville so FYI, it really wasn't much of an issue. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Mountain Top Vacation
We stayed at this mountain top home with family and friends. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to do things that the whole family enjoyed like visiting antique shops, horseback riding, hikes to see waterfalls, visiting small towns around the cabin. At night we were able to have family dinners, play games, do jigsaw puzzles. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house & we enjoyed our stay. However, the location is not in Weaverville, so we had ALOT of extra driving in the winter we did not plan for. Including a snow storm that prevented us from staying in the house 2 nights because of the roads & drive way. Four wheel drive is needed in the winter!! Also a few things needed to be fixed & stated accurately in the description. It is a very nice home, but needs to be upfront about the location.

Overall good, but roads are tight and in snow dangerous
Property was very good. Only complaint on the property - not enough water for the hot tub. As for location, that hill is very steep, could not go up it on the day we arrived due to the snow, so parked on the bottom, shoveled it the next morning and then parked by the house.
