It is newly renovated and furnished with a modern and minimalist style. The appliances are the latest generation and are perfectly integrated into the design. The rooms are light and airy, with double windows. We enjoyed our stay during Jan2-3. The place was just as described and all the reviews are accurate in that it is clean and cute and in great proximity to restaurants and stores. The grocery store across the street was so convenient and there is even a starbucks in there. It is also very noisy, there's a place nearby that starts music and a guy on a microphone around 12-2am. Then there's some construction around 8 am. Nothing that my white noise app and earplugs couldn't drown out, so it was fine. Great place to stay!

This apartment is less than 1 block from Puerta del Sol which is a very active location. We were there in early December and saw peace activists, holiday celebrations, visiting team football celebrations - all over 5 days. If you want to be in the middle of the activity, this place is for you. Construction & street cleaning can be heard once the people leave the area.

This amazing place has the best location. Right in the heart of the city and next to the metro for easy access to the entire city. We loved it. Stayed with my girlfriend and my daughter. It was great to have two bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is a fantastic location right in the heart of Madrid at Puerta del Sol. A grocery store right across the street and so many cafes and restaurants around the plaza we had a hard time choosing where to go each night for dinner. The Mercado de San Miguel is only a short walk away for great tapas and wine. That is always a great evening out. I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped and very comfortable. It was steps away from Puerta de Sol and all the best sites in Madrid. It was the perfect spot for us and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The location is great, easy to go anyway. The apartment is perfect. They provide the most comfortable bed and cozy living room. Love to be back if I visit Madrid again.

We enjoyed the patio pretty much. Even though situated in the crowded city center, the appartment was quiet and relaxing.

Sara, Personally checked us in and explained how everything worked, where the best shops and restaurants are located. Any questions we had Sara was quick to respond. This apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city, walking distance to almost all attractions and restaurants. For our first trip to Madrid it accommodated all our needs.

Apartment was clean, location amazing, sun terrace was brilliant. Louise was a pleasure to deal with.
Fresh paint although it didn't bother us as we were travelling for a festival.

The property was steps away from the Sol Metro and Square. Beautifully decorated and clean. It would have been great if an English speaking person and not someone who does not understand any English meets you on arrival so that all queries are answered satisfactorily. If not at least someone speaking English should call in and find out whether things are in order. WE enjoyed our stay very much. There is no Microwave oven or a kettle and hopefully these will be added to the otherwise well equipped kitchen. I would recommend the property to another.

Ubicación idónea. Distribución del apartamento y aspecto en general, bueno
No doy las 5 estrellas por el polvo que había en las mesitas de noche y en mueble del salón (hubo que limpiar), y porque solo había tres juegos de toallas para seis personas.
A pesar de ello repetiré, son aspectos subsanables.

Tolles Apartement in sehr zentraler Lage
Wir, zwei Paare, waren 5 Tage in Madrid und haben die Stadt und die Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genossen. Zentraler geht nicht, alles war zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung war sehr stilvoll, denkt aber bitte daran, dass ihr induktionsherdgeeignete Pfannen beschafft.
Danke, dass wir das Gepäck noch im Apartement stehen lassen konnten.
Das Apartement ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Muy céntrico
Piso muy céntrico a 100 metros de la Puerta del Sol, en calle peatonal (no se puede acceder en coche). El piso está muy bien situado. El equipamiento del piso es un poco "demasiado" básico (echamos en falta un microondas en encimera). Hay que dejar elementos útiles como unos trapos de cocina ó equipar mejor los cuartos de baño.

Its right opposite the department store Cortes Ingles, opposite the Metro Sol, walking distance of all sites Would recommend it. Only thing to be cautious about was the delays/failure in communication regarding inquiry and pick up. If the inquiry service would improve... there would be cause for complaint

We were a group of six girls spending the weekend in Madrid and the apartment was perfect. Nicely funished.. And ample enough space for 6 for 3 nights especially with 2 bathrooms. We didn't get to use the terrace much due to the weather and short time there but it was a great addition.
The location couldn't have been more central just near sol station in the middle of a busy shopping area. I don't normally choose so close to the busy/more tourist areas but when only there 2 days it was great.
We were able to leave all our luggage at the office for €10 euro which was handy and they went out their way to wait for us to drop it off.
Lastly we left something behind and this was handed in and is now been posted back to us so couldn't ask for a better service!!
Some friends stayed in apartments not too far which were ever so slightly cheaper but they were awful! So this was definitely value for money.
Would definitely recommend and if I return to madrid would stay here again!
