About this house rental
Bright, functional and spacious house. It is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1200m2, ideal if you have a pet or young children. The house sleeps 6 people (3 bedrooms upstairs). It is 800m from the sandy beach of Mousterlin, 400m from the hiking trail GR34 and 300m from the bakery. We will welcome you in person on your arrival and will be in contact with you if you have any questions before the start of your stay. Animal policy: We occasionally accept a maximum of one pet per stay with the written agreement of the owner prior to booking. *** Additional costs: - From October to April, heating costs of 10 euros per night will be added to the price after booking (if the heating is on at the time of the stay) Optional on request - Sheets (household linen): per stay per holidaymaker 10 euros - Towels per stay per holiday maker: 8 euros

We loved our stay here. The garden was large enough for us to put up a badminton net and the sun loungers made relaxing very pleasurable. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was in walking distance and the boulangerie was really close. What more could you want?

Âvons apprécie la qualite du logement très bien équipé , le grand jardin clos ainsi que la localisation qui permet d’accéder en 10 min à pieds à la plage et aux sentiers de promenades.

Schönes Haus auf einem tollen Grundstück in einer herrlichen Region
Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund, haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Der Bäcker und eine Creperie sind um die Ecke, der Strand ist nicht weit und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Wandern und Spazieren zu gehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns viel angeschaut: Quimper, Benodet, Carnac, Concarneau, Pointe du Raz, Fouesnant ... Diese Region ist wirklich schön.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen Garten (prima für Kinder!), die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und sehr nett.
Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, zu dem auch das angenehme Wetter beigetragen hat.

Brilliant holiday experience
We are a retired couple and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday experience at Villa Chant de la Mer. It is a beautiful house and beautifully presented with everything we needed except English speaking TV!! But who needs it on holiday in France? When weather was good we enjoyed the garden, moving the table and chairs to areas shaded by trees. Easy walk to lovely beaches along quiet roads. Easy drives to Benodet, Pont Aven and Concarneau. and great hypermarket in Fouesnant. Communication with owner was easy and friendly and even arranged early entry to property through lovely host, Nikol. When we left Morgane's mother and Nikol bade us farewell. Altogether a brilliant holiday experience and one we would love to repeat. Thank you Morgane.

Nous pouvons recommander cette location sans l'ombre d'un doute. IL ne nous a manqué qu'un porte-manteau dans la salle de Bain......Peu de chose !

Sehr gemütliches, ruhiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Heim
Wir waren für zwei Wochen in den wunderschönen ruhigen und erholsamen Fouesnant. Die Villa Song of the Sea war einfach wunderschön, genossen haben wir den grossen Garten und die Ruhe. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall dieses kleine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus nahe am Meer weiter. Wir möchten uns auch bei der Hausverwalterin für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken. Sie war sehr bemüht uns über diverse Ausflugsziele zu informieren. Wie gesagt sehr empfehlenswert.

Un cadre de verdure, spacieux, situé dans un secteur calme et reposant, une propriété joliment fleurie et arboré proche de la mer.
Idéalement placé pour la promenade, la randonnée et la découverte de la faune et la flore locale bord de mer.

A Perfect Holiday Home
As grandparents this property was perfect for our holiday in Brittany with our son, his wife and their young family. The house was clean, tidy and with its subtle personalised decor made it unlike many other bland holiday homes. The property was well appointed and we found everything we needed for our week away. The garden was absolutely ideal - both safe and spacious for the children. The owner's mum was both helpful and welcoming. In terms of location, although the beach was within walking distance we also discovered many places to explore further afield. Highly recommended!

Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus aus vollem Herzen empfehlen. Habe alles so vorgefunden, wie ich es mir anhand der Fotos und Beschreibung vorgestellt habe.
Das Haus selbst ist hell und geräumig, gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, genügend Schrankraum, moderne Küche .
