The apartment was very recently renovated, mixing old and new, a 85 year old architecture along with new luxurious equipment and decor. It will take you 15 minutes to walk to the Republic Square. Please look at the map with all the conveniences around to make sure that you will find everything within a 5-minute walk: nice restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets and bars. This is the perfect location to enjoy your stay in Yerevan. It has 3 bedrooms, large and bright living room, all with beautiful original floors. The apartment has brand new bathroom and a new kitchen with all modern amenities. The apartment is located on a top floor (5th) floor with no elevator, so if you have mobility problems it may not be for you. I will be happy to answer any questions you have and see you in Yerevan! The living room (65 m²) with the adjacent open plan kitchen unit boasts a comfortable sofa (can be pulled out as a sofa bed for two people) and armchairs. Fireplace and dining space and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen unit that provides everything you need. Available also air conditioner, 42” LED TV with international satellite channels and radio. Bedroom 1: - It has a double bed (160 x 200) for up to 2 people. - sofa bed (100 x 200) for 1 people. (can be change place) Furniture specifically selected to complement each other and create the perfect mood for bedroom. There are built-in wardrobes, hanging rail inside and a large desk. Bedroom 2: - It has a small double bed (113 x 200) for 1 people. There is 1 coat for up to 1-5 years old kids. There are built-in wardrobes, hanging rail inside. a small lamp from coconut. - extra folding bed (80 x 185) for 1 people Bedroom 3: - It has 2 single beds (95 x 200) each for up to 2 people. Here is a TV and also built-in wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are included. On top of the apartment there is a furnished terrace (20 m²) with a city view, including table and two armchairs where you can enjoy your breakfasts/dinners. The terrace is the ideal place to relax. In bathroom and toilet, you will find a wardrobe with hangers, mirror, an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom offers a shower and a washing machine, cleaning supplies and a hair dryer. Guest access You will not waist the time on transport. Everything is around: walking areas, restaurants, museums, the Opera, Cascade 5 minutes to walk.All the supermarkets, cafes, restaurants are just the next door, metro station is about 100 meters to walk. Republic squire with it beautiful fountains are end of this street
