BELLAVISTA PENTHOUSE Penthouse 180 square meters with panoramic views in a 7 apartments building of 7 floors build in 1970 and completly reformed in 2010 in a 5000 square meter parcel with a large swimmingpool in a big tropical garden,very quiet and the beach is very near .The penthouse is provided of all kind of facilities ( 6 LCD TV 55,42,37,32 inches,3 computers DSL access free,WI-FI,play station,Sat TV,HI FI , bicicles to ride,etc)everything to make more confortable your holydays.

Unfortunately lift not working (4 floors up) and only informed day before .
The railings on the balcony were loose and a bit of a worry with 4 children
Smell from 2 bathrooms for most of stay.
The owner was very accommodating and allowed us a late departure so grateful for that
Location excellent,spacious apartment and clean swimming pool
Would come again but please fix railing!

Fantastiskt läge och utsikt
Fyra bra sovrum, stor balkong med en fantastisk panoramautsikt och pool. Nära havet och restauranger. Rekommenderas starkt!

Très bonne location
Appartement situé dans un immeuble, bien entretenu. L'appartement est vaste, bien meublé, avec une très grande terrasse ou les repas peuvent être pris. L'équipement ménager est parfait. La piscine, non traitée au chlore a été très appréciée.

Lidt gammelt køkken. 3 fine badeværelser og 4 fine soveværelser. Stor dejlig altan med delvis udkig over bugten. Manglede hynder til stolene på altanen. Fin lejlighed til den store familie. Dejlig swimmingpool, som holdes pænt ren.

This is the second time we have stayed at the apartment. We were on the 4th floor with amazing views of the bay and mountains. The apartment is a little tired in places and one of the showers kept flooding but overall the apartment is very good value , clean , comfortable and plenty of space for 8 people . The air conditioning is a real bonus too. The pool is cleaned regularly, a good size and most of the time we had it to ourselves. We loved the bicycles that came with the apartment and used them most days to cycle to the shops for bread and to explore the bay. The apartment is very conveniently placed to access the beach , restaurants and shops and the tram to soller stops right outside . I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area .

Large comfortable apartment in a perfect location.
