The gardener cleans the garden twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and the pool guy cleans the pool on Wednesdays. The pool will be heated only in Winter to a maximum temperature of 84 degrees, staring on December 21st, and ending on March 21st. Please be aware that this is a swimming pool, and NOT a hot tub. This home is for the stated amount of registered guests. There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard.
