The hillside residence is secured by gates and surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden. Halfway between the mountains and the big blue Sea, the shared pool (with separate children’s pool) is shaded by white and pink oleander. From the residence, you are only a 10mn’s walk from the city centre, marina, shops, restaurants & bars or the sand beach. The residence is situated on the Coast road between Nice and Monaco and a bus stop just out the residence can take you to Nice in only 8mn. The train station in Villefranche-sur-mer makes visiting the French Riviera (Beaulieu, Eze, Monaco, Menton, Vintimille) and the hinterland spots like Grasse or Vence even easier. Italy is only 40mn far if you want to visit ! In winter, skiing at Isola 2000 ou Verdier is only 2 hours away by car (or bus).
