Great-detached modern villa with private pool in the resort of Moliets-Plage. Independent rental of 3 bedrooms for 6 to 8 people maximum. 2 single beds and 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons in the night hall, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. 8mX4m terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers. 1 garage access. Radio and satellite TV. WIFI. END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED. Excellent situation: 1km from the small beach "Cork oaks" (through woods, on foot or by bike) and 2.5km from the main beach of Moliets. 1km from the famous Tennis and Golf Club (27 holes) of Moliets. Direct access to the town center by bike. Excellent surf school and large sandy beaches. Near the golf courses of Seignosse (22km) and Hossegor (25 km), Moliets and Maâ is a seaside resort known for its wide sandy beaches, forest bike paths and excellent golf courses. Many sports activities possible tennis (600m), surfing, water sports, golf, mini golf, horse riding or cycling. Moliets tax reference: FR3E9VQR

Upon arriving there was a smell of humidity, as the house had not been aired out, the pool had not been properly cleaned and a handy man arrived to within the first hour to clean it.
Strong smell from the bathroom sinks we had to pour a bleaching liquid first 3 nights.
Shower in main bedroom had no shower curtain, mopping after every shower also shutters were extremely dirty, and the sofa bed dusty.
Around the pool deck there were a couple spots that were infested by ants.
Did enjoy the spacious kitchen plenty of room to cook. Final note, shower towels were not included, for the amount we paid they should be included.
Nice area, great unmanned beautiful beach, not walking distance 5 minute car drive then about 12 minute walk.
Overall disappointed.
