About this condo rental
Located in Bernières-sur-Mer in Calvados near Caen, and historic site of the 2nd World War with Juno Beach, this fully refurbished 40m2 F2 apartment can ideally accommodate a family of 2 to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor of a residence with caretaker and access with lift, the latter has a loggia with a beautiful view of the sea as well as plenty of storage. Fully equipped and renovated, this F2 has the necessary equipment for cooking such as a ceramic hob, a microwave oven that makes a grill, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a coffee maker, a toaster and dishes . Similarly, the bedroom which can accommodate 2 people, has a bed with a 140 cm bed of very good quality The living room is equipped with a 120 cm sofa bed and has a large flat screen TV. For more comfort we have redone this year (2018) the bathroom and equipped it with a shower. The accommodation now has a washing machine. WCs are separate The modern interior decoration of a contemporary style will delight its guests, and the exceptional view of the coast will delight all its guests. We provide you with linen (bed and bath) at no extra charge for two people. Wifi is available since March 2016 There are parking spaces (not private) all around the residence. Parking is easy and close to the apartment. Online payment is highlighted on the site but it is also possible to pay for the rental and its deposit by check or bank transfer. you just have to tell me your preference. I will send you the procedure to follow for payment by check and / or a RIB / RICE for the transfer

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Nachts hört man das Meeresrauschen und wenn man glück hatwirdman morgens von dem Sonnenaufganh geweckt.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. De lokatie was een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Normandie te ontdekken. Keurig appartement met uitzicht op zee, centraal gelegen voor het bezoeken van alle invasiestranden.

On a passé une très bonne semaine , très bien situé , calme . Très bien pour un couple . Très agréable la vue sur la mer ,

Dommage pas de manivelle pour le volet roulant salle/balcon cependant doubles rideaux très épais.

L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la plage pour les amateurs du "pieds dans l'eau".
La résidence est tranquille bien qu'elle soit en bord de route et propre .
L'accueil et le départ ont été très sympathiques et efficaces grâce à Mme la gardienne de l'immeuble .
L'appartement est parfaitement propre et pratique , idéal pour deux ou pour un couple avec un enfant, possède de nombreux rangements. L''espace loggia apporte un plus en dégagement .
Le seul petit bémol cependant à noter est l'équipement un peu
succinct pour cuisiner, absence de couteaux de cuisine par exemple . Nous aimons cuisiner même en vacances et un micro onde ne nous a guère aidés.
Par ailleurs le volet donnant sur la loggia n'est pas en état de marche donc pour ceux qui aiment le noir complet les rideaux noirs sont plutôt occultants mais pas forcément suffisants.
En dépit de ces deux remarques et en toute objectivité c'est un appartement charmant que je recommande.

Wunderschönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage
Das Appartement befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Boulangerie und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die monumentalen und historischen Stätten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Anreise und Abreise wurden sehr unkompliziert gestaltet.

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir les plages du débarquement et tout ce qui s y rattache.
Mer à portée de main, endroit très calme, propriétaire très sympathique.
Petits présents de la région offerts à notre arrivée (petites galettes et une bouteille de cidre) dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement hyper agréable !
Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, et surtout idéalement situé pour découvrir la région. A 50m de la mer, sa situation permet de profiter des plages à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Même si il n'y a pas de place de parking attitrée au logement, il est facile de trouver une place près du bâtiment. Nous recommandons ! Merci encore pour l'accueil

Ideale Bedingungen zur Erkundung der Normandie
Super Ferienwohnung ideal für zwei Personen (für vier Personen wahrscheinlich etwas zu klein), in einer größeren Wohnanlage mit Fahrstuhl am Ortsrand von Bernieres zur Mer, komplett und praktisch eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und alles sehr sauber, durch eingebaute Wandschränke viel Stauraum, super WLAN. Meerblick vom Balkon in Ostrichtung, den zumeist menschenleeren Sandstrand vor der Nase. Ebbe und Flut machen einen Unterschied von nur etwa 150 m aus, so dass das Wasser eigentlich immer da ist. Leider wird der Strand nicht vom angespülten Meereskraut gereinigt, so dass wir - gerade bei Flut - froh waren, unsere Badeschuhe dabei zu haben. Aber erstmal paar Meter durch den Sumpf gewatet, war es ein herrliches Baden.
Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, dafür aber Madame Morisset, die im Haus für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sorgt und äußerst nett und zuvorkommend ist. Sie half uns auch bei einem Problem mit der Jalousie im Schlafzimmer, die Kurbel hatte wohl altersbedingt den Geist aufgegeben. Insgesamt bedarf die Fenster- und Jalousieanlage wohl mal einer Wartung - der einzige anzumerkende Negativpunkt.
PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus, Supermarkt in einem Kilometer Entfernung im Ortszentrum. Zum Essen und Bummeln geht man jedoch besser nach St. Aubin sur Mer - nur wenige hundert Meter, vom Balkon aus in Sichtweite.
Insgesamt eine Topp-Urlaubsadresse - nicht nur zur Erkundung der durch den D-Day geschichtsträchtigen Gegend.

Propriété agréable et bien entretenue.
Le coin nuit est fermé par un rideau accordéon rigide, grinçant et difficile à verrouiller (gênant la nuit).
Pour la cuisine, des petits accessoires et plats supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.
L'accueil était parfait avec eau, cidre et petits gâteaux.

Atmosphärische Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer, sodass man bei offenem Fenster das Meeresrauschen hört, was selbstverständlich zu einer tollen Urlaubsstimmung beiträgt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und enthielt alles, was für unseren Aufenthalt nötig war. Lediglich das Summen des Kühlschrankes nervte etwas, das haben wir aber durch Schließen der Küchentür gelöst.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist der herzliche und bedachte Empfang von Herrn Lemâle. Im Kühlschrank stand uns eine Flasche Cidre bereit, Handtücher lagen im Bad und wir fanden sogar frisch bezogene Betten vor. Alles also rundum gut und daher sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Nettes Appartement nahe am Meer
Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, netter Kontakt bereits vor Beginn der Reise. Das Appartement ist hübsch eingerichtet, nahe am Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort im Supermarkt ca. 1 km entfernt, großer Hyper U in Douvres.
Abwechslungsreiche Strände, für geschichtlich Interessierte sind viele Museen und historische Orte im max. 1 1/2 Stunden mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es lohnt die Fahrt durch viele kleine Orte abseits der großen Straßen.

Urlaub mit Blick aufs Meer
eine kleine, aber gut aufgeteilte Fe-Wo. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig; die Küche ist für Urlauber, die gerne kochen eher zu spärlich eingerichtet; schön ist der verglaste Balkon; er lädt zum Verweilen ein zumal man einen direkten Blick aufs Meer hat; wobei die Möblierung des Balkons doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gibt genügend Schrankfläche um den Kofferinhalt zu verstauen. Das kleine Bad ist renoviert; für das separate WC wäre eine Erneuerung empfehlenswert. Philippe ist ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber
