The apartment was clean and spacious with a wonderful view over the Bay of Cannes from three out of the four balconies. Convenient underground car park and easy access to the pool. Cannes itself was absolutely perfect for a family holiday.

Very tasty bakery just up the road and also a handy little corner shop. 10 minutes down to the front and also on a bus route which runs every ten minutes or so if the hill back is too much in the heat.

Die Anlage verfügt über einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard und ist gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt. 4 Terrassen gehören dazu, 1 Terrasse mit Esstisch, 1 Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Die Anlage verfügt über einen grossen gepflegten Aussenpool mit Liegestühlen. Eine Garage mit Platz für 2 Fahrzeuge gehört zur Wohnung. Wir sind bereits das 2. Mal hier in den Ferien gewesen und jedesmal haben wir die unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Nähe des Strandes, die grosse Auswahl an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an der Küste sowie in den nahegelegenen Alpen machen die Ferien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien agencé, très bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville avec une petite pente qui n'est pas trop difficile à appréhender On retient particulièrement la superbe vue sur la baie , la piscine et ses équipements très accessibles même en plein été, un vrai garage avec des dimensions dignes de ce nom. Sans oublier la gentillesse et l'écoute des propriétaires et de la personne chargée de l'accueil.

Het begint bij de eigenaar. Wij wilde eerder aankomen dan dat we erin mochten. Voor de eigenaar was mogelijk mits er niemand de week ervoor geboekt had. Later kregen we een mail dat het week ervoor geboekt was. De eigenaar, zijn vrouw en de gastvrouw zijn geweldige mensen, reageren meteen op alle vragen, zijn er problemen dan staan ze meteen klaar. Wij kwamen aan bij het appartement en daar stond de gastvrouw al op ons te wachten. Zij was supervriendelijk! We kregen uitleg van de parkeergarage tot aan de restaurantjes in de buurt. De foto's kloppen met de werkelijkheid. Vier prachtige balkons, gigantische keuken met alles erop en eraan, mooie woonkamer, slaapkamers waren perfect, twee badkamers waarvan 1 met een stortdouche, rustige buurt. Alles klopte en er was voldoende ruimte in de woning. De woning was schoon, fris en goed onderhouden. Wij waren er ook tijdens een nationale feestdag in Frankrijk 14 juli (Quatorze julliet) en was er vuurwerk op het strand van Cannes. We hoefden de drukte niet in want vanaf onze balkon konden we het vuurwerkspektakel prachtig volgen. Hoe mooi is dat!! De boulevard was op loopafstand max 15 min lopen, heerlijk. Je bent zo uit en thuis. Cannes en dit appartement zijn ZEER ZEKER de moeite waard! Evenals de andere steden rond de Cote d'azur. Wij zijn er van 10-17 juli 2015 gebleven en vonden het veel te kort. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan vrienden en familie aan, want het was gewoon PERFECT. Van de parkeergarage tot aan het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Alle lof aan familie Aubert en Sandrine.

Location extra à Cannes : très bien située (même s'il faut compter 15-20 min à pieds pour rejoindre les plages), vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Cannes & les collines environnantes, appartement de grand confort. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute & réactive, la personne qui accueille les locataires est adorable et l'appartement permet de passer un excellent séjour à Cannes. Il est très bien équipé, permet d'avoir un coin nuit très au calme (séparé de la cuisine / salon-salle à manger & des terrasses) et les terrasses sont très spacieuses & offrent tout ce qu'il faut (chaises longues, vues remarquables, tables & chaises, parasols) pour se détendre au mieux ! Privilégier toutefois les déplacements en voiture pour rayonner sur les plages environnantes. Les commerces sont accessibles à pieds sans soucis pour ceux qui aiment marcher ! Location à recommander vivement en famille, entre amis.

Les commentaires ainsi que les descriptifs et photos sont les réalités de cette location. Prendre son petit déjeuné face à la baie de Cannes avec un parc de verdure en premier plan est le meilleur moyen de commencé une belle journée, d'autant que le soleil est toujours au rendez-vous. Notre séjour a été des plus agréable.

Beautiful apartment, stunningly maintained. The quiet and calm at night during the Film Festival completely negates the 5 minute up-hill walk fro the Croisette. Spacious, clean and with many amenities, can accommodate many people and not feel cramped. Virginie is very quick to respond to emails with great communication and a wonderful greeting from the lovely Sandrine on arrival makes the entire experience a great one. My company has been attending Cannes for five years and this was easily the best accommodation we have ever had. We will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

Très bel appartement. Tout confort, bien décoré, ensoleillé, vue magnifique et très propre. Il est bien agréable de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à la baie de Cannes. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. On s'y sent bien. Le + est le grand garage, indispensable à Cannes. Tout peut se faire à pied : Marché Forville, plage et bien sur la Croisette. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne qui nous a accueillis et qui a été disponible durant notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

We were four adults traveling for the Cannes Film Festival and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. The apartment looks just like the photos, but is even better in person. Great layout, impeccably clean, spacious, well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and everything in great condition. We felt at home here instantly. There are four balconies, spectacular views, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is spotless and modern, stocked with a dishwasher and all the plates, cups and cookware one would ever need. The highlight for me was the Nespresso machine, which was a fabulous! There is even a washing machine in the kitchen and a rack for you to dry your clothes. This apartment exceeded our expectations and then some. Although there is only one main toilet, there are two additional bathrooms complete with showers. During our stay, we never felt deprived for bathroom time, which is great, considering we were two women in our travel group. As for management, the apartment owner and manager are both a joy to do business with. Both women are professional, organized, efficient, and extremely helpful. These lovely ladies are on the ball and know what they're doing. We needed something close to the Palais/La Croisette strip and this apartment is only a 12-minute walk away, which was perfect for us! We were close to all the screenings, shopping and restaurants, and there is even a park and a cute bakery just a short walk from the apartment. During one of our movie screenings in Cannes La Bocca, we even discovered that we could take the #2 bus home and it would drop us off just one stop away from our street. To quote one of my travel companions, “This place just gets better and better.” I can't say enough about this gorgeous apartment. It is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located. I don't normally like to write reviews, but our stay here was so fantastic, I had to share. Sometimes it's hard to decide on a location based on only a few brief descriptions and some photos, but I can say without reservation that this apartment is a gem and worth every penny. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances avec deux ados et une enfant de 11 ans la dernière semaine du mois d'août 2012 dans ce magnifique appartement où nous nous sommes sentis formidablement bien. La propriétaire est charmante ainsi que la personne en charge de l'accueil. Cette dernière nous a donné des bonnes adresses à Cannes, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les ados, très sympa ! L'appartement est très bien situé (à 10mn à pieds de tout !), il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il y a une belle vaisselle, le nettoyage est impeccable, très lumineux, avec une vue magnifique donnant sur la mer et les îles de Lérins. Il est face à un parc très verdoyant. Il a plusieurs terrasses exposées différemment pour y être bien tout au long de la journée. Une piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable, pas du tout bondée à cette période. Nous avons bien profité des transats mis à notre disposition. Nous qui habitons à la campagne, nous avons trouvé la tranquilité au milieu de la ville ! Le garage individuel fermé est très appréciable. Les repas sur la terrasse surplombant la mer est le meilleur souvenir pour nos journées d'hiver parisien !

Si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances en famille, nous vous recommandons cette location. Vous profiterez d'un appartement très joli, spacieux, avec des vues magnifiques, dans une résidence sécurisée et très calme . La piscine n'est pas surchargée et vous serez à 15 min à pied de la plage et de la Croisette. Le marché de Forville et les commerces sont à proximité également. Les propriétaires et la personne qui vous accueillera à votre arrivée sont des personnes très sympathiques. Si le prix peut vous paraître un peu élevé, sachez qu'il n'est pas exagéré pour la prestation proposée. Une bonne adresse que nous conservons pour de prochaines vacances sur la Côte d'Azur. Très belle location proche du centre de Cannes à 10 min à pied. Appartement spacieux et clair. Souhaitons y revenir et recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour au calme tout en profitant de la ville et des plages à proximité. Evelyne

Je recommande cet appartement car il a beaucoup de charme grâce notamment à ses 4 balcons dont un donnant sur le port de Cannes au-delà d'un beau jardin... Un autre donnant sur la piscine de la résidence et la ville elle-même.. Nous y prenions notre petit déjeuner tous les matins !!! C'est un appartement spacieux très bien situé puisqu'on peut se rendre en ville à 10 minutes à pieds sans utiliser sa voiture...le quartier pittoresque est calme , très agréable...même en plein festival ! L'appartement en plus d'être charmant , est très fonctionnel et rien n'y manque... Je dois dire que Sandrine la personne qui vous remet les clefs à votre arrivée est très chaleureuse et efficace et toujours disponible !! Bref allez-y les yeux fermés !!
