Ideal location for holidays, zen, sports, discovery nature in a word unforgettable. In a beautiful private park, with trees and flowers, the corner apartment is composed of two large terraces one with panoramic sea view and the mysterious island of Tavolara and the other view of the park and the hill two Spacious rooms with direct access to the back terrace, two bathrooms, large living room, with sliding door and completely retractable, giving access to the terrace sea view, very well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned apartment. Private garage. DETAIL : Terrace with sea view, equipped with a kitchenette. Terrace with hillside view, equipped with a laundry area, a second refrigerator / freezer ideal to keep your drinks reserves. Garage: located just below the apartment and comprising at your disposal, deckchairs and beach games. On returning from the beach you can use the outdoor showers located at the entrance of the small complex. You can also stroll or rest (bench, table) in the beautifully ornate park of the complex. The building consists of 2 apartments, our is on the 1st floor.

Siamo stati molto bene, nell'ultima settimana di giugno 2022. L'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, arieggiato , con garage capiente, dotato veramente di tutte le comodità e corrisponde alla descrizione. Qualche riserva su configurazione, posizione e prezzo. L'appartamento è situato in un complesso multi appartamento di 2 piani + mansarde, è situato al primopiano, quindi al piano di sotto vi è un altro appartamento (il cui giardino è sottostante la terrazza dell'appartamento in questione) ed al piano di sopra vi è una stanza/mansarda che sembra appartenere all'appartamento.... a fianco(!). Noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di rumori, essendo in questa settimana non abitati sia quello di sotto che di sopra, ma è da capire quanto in alta stagione le voci e i rumori degli altri appartamenti possano dare problema. Il complesso è situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (non grande ma carina, in questo periodo non ancora affollata) , ma se si va presto ( prima delle 8) si trova posto per parcheggiare l'auto. Per muoversi e comprare qualsiasi cosa l'auto è necessaria, perchè i negozi di Murta Maria distano circa 3 km . Tenendo conto di ciò il prezzo ci è sembrato un pò alto.

Il soggiorno è stato sicuramente positivo. L'appartamento è confortevole, molto ben accessoriato e il magnifico terrazzo con vista su Tavolara un valore aggiunto.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane immersi nella Natura di Porto Istana. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, arredato e organizzato. L'accoglienza ottima. Adatto a chi ama stare lontano dalla confusione, ma necessaria la macchina o uno scooter per spostarsi. La spiaggia non è lontana e molto bella, magari da evitare in agosto trovando spiagge alternative meno frequentate. La vista è spettacolare.

Appartamento bello, confortevole e pulito. Vista stupenda dalla terrazza. L'unico difetto sono i materassi dei letti matrimoniali, probabilmente sono da cambiare. Tutto il resto perfetto.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und entspannenden Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist geräumig und kann vor allem mit dem Blick vom Balkon Richtung Meer punkten. Sie liegt ca. 700 m vom Strand entfernt, was, auch berghoch auf dem Rückweg mit kleineren Kindern, in ca. 10 min zu schaffen ist. Sehr gut ist auch der 2. Kühlschrank sowie die Möglichkeit, in der Garage vorhandene Sonnenschirme, Liegen etc. nutzen zu können. Auch bei Problemen reagiert die Vermieterin sofort und ist sehr bemüht zu helfen. Die Ansprechpartner von Ort sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft, einen Bootsausflug bei Dominic zu buchen. Vielleicht klappt es ja beim nächsten Mal! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert, sowohl für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch für Pärchen!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einer sehr schönen Fereinwohnung, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend notwendig. Sehr schöne Badebbucht fussläufig in max.10min erreichbar. Ein rundum toller Urlaub!

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Sie war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Man wird sogar mit einer Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank von den Besitzern begrüßt. In dem zweiten großen Kühlschrank auf dem hinteren Balkon, hat man genügend Platz alle Getränke und Lebensmittel kühl zu lagern. Die Außenküche verfügt über 2 Gaskochfelder und einer Gas-Grillplatte. Mit offenem Feuer darf hier nicht gegrillt werden. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Durch das elektronische Tor an der Straße fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Die Lage ist etwas abseits,zum Bäcker braucht man ein Auto, dafür aber ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist in etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We spent 2 weeks in July2018 with our 2 Kids in this location. Perfectly located, just few kms from Olbia and Costa Smeralda. Apartment is exactly as described on the website, very well equipped (air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 2 bed-rooms, 2 terraces, 1 garage ), well cleaned and 800m from a nice beach. A lot of fantastic nice beaches are easily reachable from this point. Only the Wifi is missing, but 4G is good enough. I highly recommend this location,

Beautiful apartment, amazing balcony. Car essential. Short walk to a lovely beach, lots of lovely places to visit nearby and good selection of restaurants within a short drive. We had a brilliant holiday here.
